Westgate Towers Resort

Thought it was a great place for my family.

Love this property and would recommend it to family and friends

Amazing great hotel to stay with little ones for a weekend gateway !!

At the time of our stay from the start they had given an uneasy feeling. Upon arrival they asked questions about what we planned to do & see and how often we’d be in our room. After checking in they asked us to go on a golf cart tour ( that the entire grounds & staff knew nothing about *scam) Once we had arrived to our room, around 8pm we called the front desk we had no a/c & the thermostat was blank & had no batteries. We had been told a maintenance technician would arrive, by 10:15pm no one called or showed. We went to the front desk to get our own batteries to install our self. Once they were in place the thermostat was on set to 68 reading 73 alllll NIGHT! We called at 7am the following day, security brought a room fan & left. Again the desk said maintenance would arrive. Once they arrived to our room after 24 hours of this notice we never heard from anyone again. Our family has stayed at other Westgate’s in the area & we wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Eveything was great until the next door ppl got into a fight a 7 pm and we could hear everything. Jason and his wife has us going crazy, we dod not need to know there business. The poor child that have embarrassed them and b then the hit the girl 2 in the spand of an hour. Then at 430am, they started fighting again and woke us all up and again at 7 am.

Horribly outdated. Walls were VERY thin. Could hear the kids screaming and crying most of the night. Door to the hallway was not sealed, lots of light coming in.

When we entered the room, it had back dated furniture and a terrible feeling like a truck stop. (Where truckers go to rest for a few days to stay). There were just 2 places to plug our electronics up to recharge, then the plugs were located in a very inconvenient place. There was a door we thought it led to a closet but, instead it led to the room next door to another occupant (total strangers). Thank God that there were no one in the joint room. The door that Leds to the bathroom were sliding doors that did not have locks for privacy when taking a shower (not for family with kids to stay). There were limited room for our toiletries and there was limited space for your clothes if you stay more than two days. The pillowcase had dark stain like it was burned from ironing. We had to look close to make sure that was what it was.

Great stay! Perfect for a family getaway for the weekend.

Even though i thought this was inside of the westgate compound, i still enjoyed our stay and the accessibility we still had to the amenities in the main part. The room was spacious, clean and great for families. Id stay again.

This place is a complete vibe. I really enjoyed my visit. My family enjoyed it too. It really is an amazing place.
