Hated everything about it for the money you pay they don’t even have a pool. They were very rude it was hot in the bedroom maintenance said we would have to go get a fan. They did not give us fresh towels we actuall washed the ones we did have. That’s not even the half there was an incident where we was so say complained about our kids running when majority of the time my kids weren’t in the room. Of course I went off and was asked to leave and I requested a refund they called the police and also the general manager lied and said my husband threatened to use a weapon but that’s the first thing they say when it’s a colored person.

Is not a new hotel, looks like they are under renovations. Our room 234 smells like humid but was ok. The best part of this hotel is they are PET Friendly. We can attend the game with no worries about our babies.

We really needed a rest and this was a very clean and quiet room close to great restaurants, family, etc. We appreciated the cleaning products were earth friendly too. We will be back.....

Jacksonville JTB location was exceptional. Exceeded expectations. I needed a room w kitchen to cook for family gatherings and everything stocked was clean and working. Gym equipment appeared new, everything very, very clean. Staff 24/7 so I felt safe coming back alone at midnight each eve. Staff friendly and helpful

Staff were very courteous. Stay was pleasant. My family and I had a good visit while there down under the gazebos with grills and everything we could need.
