My favorite part of this hotel was the gym. The room was nice but I don’ didn’t like the adjoining door which allowed noise to travel from the room next door. For two nights I listened to a man fuss at his toddler and the third night there was a loud Birthday party.

The gentleman at the front desk was amazing. We came in late, we’re rained on all night at monster jam and had little kids with us, he was so nice and helped in anyway he could to make our stay great.

There was baby roaches all in the bathrooom. We asked the front desk lady if we can get fresh sheets she said no sorry she is the only one there and the free breakfast was them saying they didn’t have anything except cereal and we had to wait for the milk. I’m not sure how they have any good reviews.

Stayed at this Best Western location while traveling from Georgia to assist older family members in Florida. We booked and paid online through "hotels.com" with my cash app card along with the KeyCash points. When we arrived to the hotel around 4pm we were told that an additional fee of $50 (refundable deposit) would be needed. The front desk clerk informed us that they could only accept cards that were from a "physically" bank, all we had were our prepaid debit cards and cash but, after offering every card in our wallets, as well as cash even more than the necessary amount required to stay we were told no the payment for the deposit was unacceptable. So, here we are out of town it's 4 pm on a Saturday with no banks open, our hotel paid for and if we cancel we have to wait for a week for a refund as well as loos our points we paid with when we were not told at anytime on this policy. Finally, 3am we get a card from a family member and the new hotel clerk whom was much more suited for the front desk said, "He didn't know why he gave us such an issue on using our card or using cash." We were also made aware that the king size room we paid for was not available anymore due to the hot water heater giving out and instead was given a room with 2 queen beds which had not been cleaned.. there was hair and dust coated on the floors and under the bed, the top sheets had some sort stains on them. For such a "newer" looking hotel it was a very unpleasant experience overall.

The hotel is fair. Check in a breeze. My complaint will be cleanliness and security; our family was sneezing because of dust. Dust bunnies flying under one bed to the other. The tub drained slow. Our room had a door that leads to another room! Yes, rooms have two entrances. Although the secondary door is easily open in between, no lock is available to secure it. If the guest next door decided to open the door at the same time, destiny had us wide open. That left us paranoid. Bathroom door knob and second door door knob rings falling apart and loose. The hotel is a one night stand, while you reach your destination. For a little more I would stay elsewhere. We will not be coming back.

Always enjoy Best Western hotel until this stay. We were informed that pool was closed after we checked in. Also learned that there was a renovation project of the entire first floor. Lastly the powered eggs where the worsted; the first day very watery and the 2nd day the eggs were burned probably because many guess complained. There wasn’t any waffle mix available at 8:00am. When asking a staff member, the response was “We will have more tomorrow. We often stay at Best Western when it is convenient when traveling and even used it for family Reunion several time in various states. This was a bad experience. Not a happy customer

The receptionist was friendly. The main lobby area looked nice and very promising. By the time we got into our room that first day, we were less than impressed. The tub was peeling, drain broken and mold coming from the drain. Couldn’t bathe my kids in the tub at all. The floors were so gross I bought my own mop during my stay and cleaned them myself because my kids couldn’t walk around on them without their feet being black with dirt. So gross!! We stayed on the third floor but noticed on our elevator ride up that the lights outside the elevator on the second floor were out making the hall dark and creepy. We made due for our two night stay but would definitely find different accommodations next time. Which sucks because we love best western usually.

Upon arrival to our room the floors were sticky and when asked for more linen due to the number of people in the room the staff could. It accommodate due to not having any linen available. So as a family of four, we only had enough wash cloths for two people. Our room was not cleaned or tidy each day which again left us needing linen or the trash removed from the room. The continental breakfast was also not very good. The choices were lacking and condiments were also lacking. I did not have any jelly or jam for my bagel. All that was available was butter. On our last night there, we actually had to wash our towel and wash clothes so we could shower the next morning, since the hotel had none a available for the room.

The room was spacious and nice. The pool area was spacious and quiet. The fridge in our room didn’t work (and wasn’t repaired after we told the front desk). One of the beds had a crazy amount of bleach on it that ended up staining my kid’s pjs and left a foul odor.
