Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ruskin, an IHG Hotel

Stayed here for one night it was fun and relaxing. Beds were really comfortable and cozy; slept like a baby. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. One of the night audits at front desk answered my questions about the hotel and was very nice; Tanner is his name and he deserves a raise. Breakfast was delicious for what it is and I love they juice fountain they have; it’s like a soda fountain but for juice. All of the breakfast items aren’t always out every day, it varies daily what they put out. Spa pool and pool were very nice, it seemed like they were salt water pools which was cool. Only thing that ever happened was there was a tiny roach in the shower but I just dealt with and cleaned it up after. Overall, I loved my stay at the hotel and I will definitely be coming back.

The hotel was very nice, clean and friendly. Breakfast was great which is important when you’re traveling with kids and sporting events. Will stay again !!

Great place to stay. Good service and friendly staff. There was construction going on behind the Holiday Inn but the noise was not loud and distracting. We had a pleasant stay and it was located near Sun City where I have family living. We will stay there again.

Great new property right off i-75. Great hotel; wonderful staff. Hotel offered breakfast, but due to my fur baby I did not have a chance to sample. The only drawback, there is construction going on very close to the property. Therefore during the day there was construction going on. Once that's complete, this hotel was be fantastic!

Property was very clean...staff very friendly...check in was very easy......I will definitely recommend this property to my family and friends, and I will definitely stay there again.

Highly recommend. A hidden gem in a quite area right off the I-75. The staff really made an impression on us right out the gate. Friendly and helpful from the front desk to the nice lady in housekeeping who saw to our room. So many genuine smiling faces. It smelled clean from the moment you walked inside. The whole area was well maintained inside and out and a well lit parking lot for night time. Our room had two comfortable queen beds with nice linens. The pillows were from heaven. The bathroom was spic and span clean and had wonderful plush towels. Great Dove products that smelled divine. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot already set up to start. Many cable television choices. Easy Internet connection. A very nice spacious room. The breakfast was wonderful. So many options both hot and cold. My husband didn't know were to start. So glad we selected Holidays Inn Express & Suites Ruskin. Thank you so much for the relaxing stay. We have family here so we'll be back. Very grateful. 5/5

My family and I enjoyed the hotel staff was very nice and it was clean

This was perfect for our family of five. Everything was clean any employees we came across were awesome and friendly. We’d stay there again no issue. Only thing that’d made it a little better stay is if they got a new shower head.

Great breakfast! Rachel is a wonderful hostess, and the staff keep everything clean even at the busiest of times. Walls are a little thin, so you're likely to hear any neighbors who talk in a loud voice or young children. Not in an overly busy location, so less chaotic. Well placed in the Tampa area - not to far from the city and not too far from the busier beaches like Madeira and St. Pete's. I was visiting family nearby, so it was super-convenient.

The absolutely best Hotel in FL. Smells great in there. Clean. The staff, especially Jennifer and Corey are amazing! They made us feel like family the minute we walked in. They went above and beyond. Already planning to stay there again. Breakfast is outstanding here.
