Not very family oriented. Lots of inappropriate behaviors

There is finally a nice hotel near MacDill. If you have friends or family that cannot get on base easily, this is a great place for them to stay. It was quiet, clean and the staff was very friendly.

Excellent! One of the best budget friendly hotels we’ve stayed in. Our room was spotless, the front desk service was excellent, and breakfast was actually hot! My kids loved the tiny warm pool in this cold weather!

The hotel was in a good location to get around. We were there for one night. There was a very noisy family beside us we almost asked for another room. The walls didn’t seem to be very sound proof.

Rooms are small if you are traveling with family you’re expecting little space. Breakfast was excellent and well prepared

My husband & I liked the friendliness of most staff members. I liked the cleanliness (most parts) of the hotel. We definitely enjoyed the continental breakfast. Room was pretty comfortable for a long weekend. The pool is outdoors & it's facing the street. Pool is only big enough for a few kids. People sit around the pool area mainly to smoke. The hotel is located around some homes & mainly industrial area. I wouldn't walk around at night there. The worst part of our stay was the elevator being broken the entire time we were there. We were on the 3rd out of their 4 floors. We had to walk up & then down with our luggage & anything else we purchased. There was limited room service because of the elevator issues. The 1st night on that Thurs when we arrived, we were told the elevator would be fixed by morning time. Each time we went down for anything, including eating... we would have to go up & down 3 flights of steps. There were also issues with some of the work out equipment because it runs on WIFI & that was down. There would not have been any issues if we were on the 1st floor.

It was in a bad area fourth floor Smelled Like Marijuana and our rooms smelled Like it to didn’t feel really safe in the area and with all the drug use going walked out by the bench and there was at the ashtray there was Atleast 5 marijuana joints half Smoked in ashtray I had My kids staying there with me was not a good experience at all

Did realize it was in a bad area of town. Rooms smelled like marijuana along with the entire 4th floor. Loud noise was not in a safe area to have your family
