Staybridge Suites Gainesville I-75, an IHG Hotel

The experience in its entirety! Started at check in when we were greeted with genuine enthusiasm! First thing that came up was a suggestion that saved several hundred dollars! Our experience improved greatly from there! One of the best experiences my family and I have ever had while traveling!

This hotel and staff are AMAZING!!! They make you feel like family right away. They are never to busy to help you and make the stay so comfortable. The rooms are clean, good size and the hotel is beautiful. Great location too

Clean facility. The two long-haired gentlemen that attended the front desk were cordial and welcoming. The rest of the employees, not so much. We checked in very late after a 12 hour drive, and asked for a late checkout so we could rest awhile before another long drive. The night attendant said to ask in the morning for an additional 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the morning staff would not accommodate our request, even though the hotel & parking lot were empty at that time. We are frequent travelers and Marriott/Hilton/Hyatt members. All of which have been accommodating. Breakfast attendant reprimanded me for not noticing that a piece of egg fell onto the counter. She proceeded to angrily wipe the counter underneath my plate. Awkward and unwelcoming vibe at what could be an otherwise lovely place. Lastly, We wanted to wash some of our clothing when we checked in, but four unattended children were in the laundry room using hand soap in the washers.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay!! Everything was wonderful, they even accommodated my request for a 1st floor room near an exit for ease of taking our fur baby outside!!

One of the absolute best hotels I have ever stayed at. Everyone was so friendly with the most exceptional customer service! It was like walking into a big family atmosphere where you felt warm and welcome. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and all of the amenities were nice and well taken care of. Not to mention, Samantha aka Ms. Joy was a pure gem.

Super clean. Comfortable fully equipped room. Great staff. Good location for us. Good breakfast. We visit Gainesville often as we have family there. Have been disappointed by several other hotels in the area over the past couple of years. This is now our “go to” home away from home.

This place was amazing. I could actually live there! I felt so comfortable. Staff was so friendly, it was so clean, breakfast every morning was super ( Samantha is a gem ), bed was cozy, etc. I will never stay anywhere else in Gainesville when I visit my children. Highly recommend!

We have an awesome time with the family

In Gainesville/Newberry for softball tournament. Hotel was beautiful. Great location for restaurants and shopping. Especially for last minute, forgotten items at Dicks. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. There's a basketball court for kids to enjoy and the property is pet friendly for those traveling with fur babies

It was perfect stay for my family. Nice heated pool and quality breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.
