The room was filthy. There was dirt in every corner. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. Roaches came out at night and got everywhere. They covered the floor and walls and in our bags. I checked out after one night because it’s not safe to have my kids in that room. Disgusting.

The room was just as it was on the previous stay. Clean, cool, and relaxing. The staff was helpful with providing more towels for our children. The only problem this visit was construction workers taking up parking space in the front with trailers and parking in handicap parking. I’m a disabled veteran and that caused a little aggravation with them parking in those designated areas. Overall good stay and will continue to stay

Very clean, recently renovated hotel, beds were comfortable. Staff was nice and friendly. There was some noise in the hallway that lasted through the night, might have been some college students that stayed up all night but my kids slept through it anyways and none of it was a hotels fault. Breakfast was pretty good, we found everything we needed!

After a long graduation night the first rooms phone didn’t work, it was extremely hot and muggy, ant then a cockroach scurried across the nightstand! Moved to a new room, part of the floor felt like it was gonna cave in, and there was a baby roach and another bug on the floor! They obviously need to fumigate and remember that they’re in hot, humid Florida so keep air flowing in the room!

Our stay was terrible. There’s only one elevator for the entire building and when we went to use it, it didn’t work. We asked the front desk and we were told that it did work. Clearly it didn’t because we stood there for 10 minutes and it never arrived. So we had to trek up four flights of stairs with all of our bags and a child with disabilities in tow. Later, there were hand drawn signs on the elevator stating that it was out of order so we continue to have to go up and down flights of stairs to get to and from our room the entire stay. The room had a strong chemical smell that was awful. The room was in disrepair.

We stayed here in 2022 when visiting family and really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in this time was way less impressive. The bathtub was peeling and gross, and you could tell the room just hadn’t been well maintained. Also 3 days in a row I had to ask for more towels because the cleaning crew would pick up our towels but not leave more so we constantly had 1 towel for 3 people. Staff are still great and helpful though!

Very easy check-in. Room was clean. Stayed two days. They cleaned again on the first day. Breakfast was a normal half hot breakfast with waffles, biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage. Then of course ceral yogurt, juice, coffee. Very clean property. Checkout was a breeze. We were there for an open house to check out a college and I definitely see myself staying again to visit my kiddo.

The hotel messed up our reservation 2 nights in a row and did nothing to try to fix it. We had 4 people sleeping in a 2 person room and they were fine with that. They also are a pet friendly hotel and it smelled horrible in the hotel. I would absolutely never stay in this hotel again if I was a family with kids like we were. Would have rather slept in our car and we actually debated it.

It was a little loud and kids ran up and down the halls but it was ok
