Try not to put children in the upper room on the floor of my room

my family stayed for a short time (10pm until 7sm) with 2 small children. the hotel was comfortable, clean, and staff were all nice. conveniently located off the interstate

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. My family was there for a basketball tournament along with a big group. The staff was so attentive to all of our needs. They even helped make sure the kids stuff that was left behind in the pool area got back to the owner. We will definitely come back!!

This property was great for my daughter's graduation. We required three king one bedroom suites. The front staff was extremely helpful with helping us getting early and late check outs as needed. The rooms, breakfast area, and lobby were extremely clean and comfortable. The hallway carpet was somewhat dated but the flooring in the rooms was a new LVP. The beds were extremely comfortable! The suites and even the regular room were quite spacious. Complementary breakfast included hot items, cereals, yogurt, and waffles. They was complimentary coffee and tea available 24/7. The cons: Although we were in a handicap- accessible room and the tub was not slippery, there were no grab bars, either on the wall or in the tub, which would’ve been helpful. I found the majority of the staff to be absolutely wonderful. However, on our final evening, there were several people convening in the lobby at a late hour, and the sound travels up the stairs to the second floor, where we stayed. We had to be up by 6 AM the next morning and I waited until after 11 PM to call the front desk and ask for the staff to address the group. The woman who answered the phone said "it’s a family that’s spending time together." I was so surprised by her answer. We were also there with family to attend my daughters graduation, but we did not convene in the lobby after 11 PM and keep others up. This answer was unacceptable. Otherwise this hotel was fantastic for our needs.

One of the reasons I picked Country Inn was the indoor pool as my grandchildren love to swim. The pool was so cold they could only stay in the water a short time the first day. They were so disappointed. When asking about the pool temperature the response was we don’t keep the temperature like a sauna. How about just warm enough my kids lips aren’t turning blue.

The property could use an update. However, for one night with my family it was super convenient, beds were comfy and the staff was amazing. Check in and check out was easy and convenient. The breakfast was yummy and the staff was super nice and everything was clean. Noon checkout was nice too, we didn't feel rushed trying to get the kids to eat breakfast and ready to leave.

The room 609 was good except the air conditioning was making a lot of noise all night and I couldn’t sleep the family didn’t sleep well it was an exhausting night I complain to the hotel they offered something for me to come back however I don’t think we will stay there again and I called hotels.com and they only offered 10% $25 on my one key cash

I enjoyed the fact breakfast was available. Especially families with children can take great advantage of this.

My family has stayed at this hotel many times. Its clean, comfortable and the staff is awesome.

We came away super impressed with the property. Checkin was a breeze and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was perfect for our family and was incredibly clean. The location is top notch. Even the breakfast was perfect for our needs.
