I liked the property it was clean, quiet and nice. I would come back and share with friends and family.

Great customer service. Staff were very nice to my little ones, very attentive.

I’ll definitely coming back to this hotel I love the smell and it so clean I slept like a baby specially after a long day of driving.

Did not like they had no microwaves in room to warm up any good or leftovers.. And no accommodations for kids or not family friendly at all not even kid friendly!!!At least for the price you would think they would offer complimentary coffee and juice or bagels other than cookies!!

Check-in: the process was swift and I was offered a warm chocolate cookie but opted for the water instead. My card deactivated a few times. Each time the staff was helpful in getting me going again. Room: On arrival and inspection of the room I was only given 1 towel and no wash cloths. I had to call and request them. On my 4th day there, a noisy family checked in and were loud late in the evening and would bang on the walls to make beats. I tried calling the front desk to complain a few times but no one answered. Food: I ordered room service which was a bit pricey but it was fast and the food came swiftly. The food service and quality was good. I had the conch fritters, chips and guacamole, shrimp tacos and a Caesar salad with shrimp. They added a service fee and gratuity automatically. Security: The morning I was leaving around 4:20 a.m I noticed a gentleman on the street side of the property. When he saw me exit the building he started walking towards me. I stood for a while as he walked towards me. When I started walking towards my car, he started walking in that direction also. I went back in the building and got security. They walked me all the way to my car and told me the gentleman was probably out there smoking. I am a solo female traveler and that made no difference to me, I don’t take chances like that. I felt better having security with me. Overall: The property was clean and comfortab,I was just annoyed with the lack of towels and the noisy guests.

The room vas very dusty. The telephone was coated in dust. There was a view to air conditioning units. The dog across the hall barked all morning and at night. The sports team staying there screamed ,slammed doors, ran up and down the hall and were wild. There was fighting and a baby crying next door. Paid $1400 for my stay and I had to ask for my room to be cleaned and new towels. There was nobody at the desk when I wanted to check out. I have never stayed at a Hilton before and will never at one again.

Our stay was fair at the doubletree. For a 2 night stay, family of 4, our room was not properly stocked with linens. There were only 2 full size towels, 1 hand towel, & no wash cloths stocked in our room. Therefore we had to request more towels which the hotel staff provided sparingly with 2 more towels & 1 wash cloth which resulted in another call to guest services for more towels/ hand towels. We reserved a room with 2 queen size beds in which we noticed the sheets were not clean on one of the beds. The layout of the room is also very tight outside of the bathroom/ sink area. When several people are having to get ready for a wedding which was the reason for our stay, it added stress and much inconvenience due to the poor design of the room. I will never return to this hotel. Our family has stayed at much nicer hotels with more affordable pricing than this hotel.

Customer service was horrible. Bath tub was leaking. Bathroom is small. Non smoking floor smoking all over. Had a baby with us on the trip

Good location for us. No housekeeping support for a 3-night stay- disappointing at the room rate we paid. We requested allergenic pillows, which were NOT ready for us upon arrival or promptly located. The gal at the front desk went out of her way to find them, but it was iffy for a bit, with me looking up hours of local stores to go out and buy pillows if needed after 10 p.m. (if you have a child with allergic reactions, you understand.) They were understaffed at times and other times, many standing at front area. Elevators were always available and quick. Small food purchase area was low on stock of items. Bar/food restaurant closed at 11- would have helped with our late arrival to have open til 11:30.

From the moment we checked in Steve at the front desk and all the other staff around, treated us like family. We would definitely come back again. The cleaning staff was excellent and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Only complaint I have is that we were charged for coffee in the lobby, I think it should be complimentary with your stay.
