Waterstone Resort & Marina Boca, Curio Collection by Hilton

Our stay was ok. Front desk aren’t the friendliest. They are remodeling but never mentioned that prior to check in or at check in. They make you pay for self park which is crazy because half the parking is gone due to the construction. No garbage cans anywhere. Birds everywhere. The restaurant was very good. My kids enjoyed the pool. In my opinion the place needs a revamp of management, training and furniture.

My experience at the Waterstone Hotel was very disappointing, especially during the check-in. I arrived at the hotel expecting quick and efficient service, but I was negatively surprised. Even though I was the only guest at the reception, the receptionist (Marvel) took a long time to assist me. When the process finally began, the attitude was apathetic and unprofessional. There was no warm greeting and the impression I had was of total disinterest in offering good service. This initial experience left a bad impression and affected my perception of the hotel throughout my stay. Customer service is a crucial aspect of hospitality and unfortunately Waterstone Hotel failed in this regard. I hope the hotel management takes steps to improve the training of their staff, ensuring that all guests are greeted in a welcoming and professional manner. I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family based on my experience.

Beautiful view of Boca Lake from our balcony. Pool was the perfect warm temp for swimming in December. Amazing location near numerous restaurants, the ocean, grocery store, and an all and all gorgeous area. Loved being able to borrow the hotel bikes to ride to the beach. Comfy bed and nice linens. Great shower pressure too! Only thing is our family prefers hard surface flooring over carpet in hotel rooms for obvious reasons, but very nicely updated rooms.

This hotel was an extremely big disappointment. The hotel itself is old and needs some major renovations. My room had a horrible smell. Since I was only there for the night , I didn’t complain- but should have. I feel like my whole entire body and luggage smells like mold. Then at 8 am a fire alarm went off telling us to evacuate the building. Only to be a false alarm. The hotel never announced this was a false alarm- I had to find out by searching for cleaning staff on my floor who told me to ignore it. The food at the restaurant was absolutely HORRIBLE. To the point where I ordered food from another restaurant nearby because I couldn’t their food. Even breakfast- my pancakes were burnt to a crisp and black. The pool was cute- but there was loud construction going on so it was not nice - loud. Was not notified of ongoing construction as a heads up. I really really wanted to sleep in as this was my first trip away from a newborn - I was looking forward to sleeping in- which did not happen. Will NOT be returning to this hotel ever again.

We were impressed with everything, from the welcoming staff at the front desk to the great kids at the valet.

Not our 1st stay at this hotel as it is located close to where our family lives. Great location and the improvements that have been made to the hotel are outstanding. My only comment is that I'm not sure if I like the new $22/day resort fee that is now charged. Full disclosure though...since I booked my stay prior to the inception of the resort fee the hotel did not charge me for it and they still gave me 2 drink tickets per day, so my hat is off to them for that. That said, I'm not sure I like the resort fee since I'm not a big drinker. We will definitely return to the Waterstone.

I came for business and brought the family. It is the off-season now so the hotel was not busy. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the room was amazing for the price. The hotel was very elegant. I will stay here when I am in Boca Raton, regardless of the season. Beautiful rooms overlooking water, with balconies, and great service. We were given complimentary cocktails at the bar each day were stayed and the outdoor patio area overlooks the canal, which is was a visual treat. There were many guests with children but there were no disruptions at all. Very happy with this choice.

Came for family wedding -- pretty venue for wedding --stayed for mini vacation. Very pleasant.

The hotel staff was very attentive and the beach was easily accessible. It made for a relaxing, no worries weekend with the family.
