Very small beds. A family of four does not fit in a double room. They charge extra for a kids roll away bed. The food quality and taste is mediocre for being such a well renowned hotel. Pretty historic hotel and pretty beaches otherwise nothing to see here.

Property is gorgeous, clean and very well maintained. So much to do at the Harborside Pool for the kids. Once the Beach Club is completed, it will be great as well.

I stayed at The Cloister part of the resort for the first time. Normally I stay at the beach club but it’s under renovation and I have stayed in the tower as well. Let me tell you what a mistake that was. I traveled with a family of 6 and got two rooms, but the one my son was in was a mild infested gross room. He actually got sick from the mold since he has allergies to it. They did change my room but moved it on the opposite side of the resort and my view was of an alley which my original room I booked estate view. All they offered was an hour later check out which we left way before. As you walk the hallways you can smell the musty mold and for what they charge for the rooms it’s a shame. We spent so much there at the resort for example dinners were between $700-850 for one and my son was sick and didn’t even enjoy half of our family trip because he was in the room sick from the mold. The cloister is old and run down. It’s a beautiful hotel but needs major renovation on that part. Also, on Friday we went to the pool and we needed 6 chairs and we were turned away because they only had one chair left. Crazy for what I paid. Could not even go relax at the pool!

Excellent experience, Nice dining options, newly renovated rooms, pleasant staff. Multiple pools, have flow rider, lazy river, kids zone. Most importantly we were pleasantly surprised when we checked out and left the hotel, we forgot about and left $100k worth of jewellery in a safe. The hotel security retrieved it and kept it safe. Nothing was stolen. When we realized that we left it behind, and called the hotel, they had everything ready and returned everything in tact with no issues. It was a big relief for my wife as it was mostly her things! Will come back here for sure.

I have found my Happy Place at the Cloisters Boca Raton Resort. This was my third time staying here this year. From the minute you arrive the entire staff from valet to reception makes you feel so welcome and accommodating. The restaurants are fabulous. We enjoyed the water taxi to the Beach Club, the lazy river and both pools. We want to make this a yearly vacation for our family.

Hotel is gorgeous, historic, and has a pristine setting on golf course. crocquet lawn, yacht-filled marina. restaurants were awesome...so many to chose from and all top notch delicious. service was very good. shuttle takes you to the beach club where the setting is ideal...just a shame that it requires a quick shuttle ride. but it was no big deal. only unfortunate snafu was billing.[...]i used a bank card at check in for my incidentals. would never recommend doing that since if there is a problem, your liquid cash in the bank is what they hold and charge against and if there is a snafu, it's so disconcerting to get sorted. this property is great for families and an easy, beautiful trip to florida. me, i think next time i'll plan better and head out of the country to an island somewhere. florida just isnt my ideal vacation but for the short time i had off, this was nice.

Every reservation we made with the hotel was messed up in some way by their staff. Initially it was room without balcony. Then cabana at the wrong pool. Reservation at dinner the was made inside and we were sat outside due to no seating available at 5 pm when restaurant was empty. Both families had infants and we were sat in the sun. My car was valeted under the wrong name. Bell hop took hour and a half to come to pick up luggage last day.
