EVERYTHING about our stay was perfection. The front office staff, management, bell staff, rooms, restaurants all made for a fabulous stay with a very large family group. Extremely happy with stay!!!!

The hotel is in front of the beach. The have everything that you needed, chairs, towels and beach toys for your kiddos. The Mexican restaurant was amazing, the cafe and the bar pool were great too. Highly recommended!

3-day stay with a friend. Arrived on a Thursday and the pool and direct access to the beach is great ! By Saturday, the pool was overcrowded by kids so the beach was the best option. Not ideal if you are a couple's get away. All in all is was a very good hotel in a great location. The gym facility was top also. Service at the reception was top notch !

Staff was great, super friendly and personable. Melva was out front desk angel and she was super kind to us and our family, went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. The spa day was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and attentive!. A couple of small hiccups with the valet service but all in all it was a wonderful stay. We will be back

Old, needs updating. Whoever thought it was a good idea to have open louvered doors in the bathroom is insane. Who wants to hear their family members using the toilet?

We had a great stay the week of Thanksgiving. There was an issue with 1 of our rooms having the smell of cigarette smoke come through the bathroom vents in the morning and night. I'm not a smoker so the smell was overwhelming to my kids and I.I went to the front desk and the lady (sorry forgot her name) was great and helped us get a different room unfortunately it was not on the same floor as our other room but I was ok with that since it was a room that did not have cigarette smoke coming through the vent. The Westin was walkable to shops and restaurants. Easy access to the beach.Parking is valet only and pricey but it's something you know beforehand so your not blindsided by it. All in all a great stay.

The hotel is nice and in a central area; however, the service leaves quite a bit to desire. We had a package delivered to the hotel and even called ahead to verify they one was coming. Upon arrival, no one could locate it. Then, we needed towels and had to call on 5 different occasions over the course of 6 hours to get them. Finally, our bathroom door was broken and our kid was locked in. We managed to have her climb out from a window between the bathroom and the bedroom but although we notified the staff on two occasions the door was broken, no one came to fix it. A few people, including the security manager, was very helpful but overall, their act wasn’t together at all.

Booked this hotel based in high reviews. My room was on the fifth floor with the windows facing a solid cement wall. Felt like I was in NYC. Very disappointed since the front desk person smiled and wished us a enjoyable stay. Got to be kidding. Please when checking in make sure your windows are actually facing a real view. Not sure if I will choose Westin again. Lots of other choices.

There was a private party that took command of the pool all weekend and was so disruptive. Waiting for a shuttle was an inconvenience. The workers tried their best but fell short to the situation they were put in. We were there for a very nice wedding and the noise was ridiculous. This wasn't spring break this was a family vacation and wedding. This hotel is not kid friendly at all.
