Nobleton Hotel

Stayed in Ft Lauderdale for a stay cation for a birthday weekend. Chose Nobleton b/c hotel prices are outrageous these days and wanted something 'nice but simple'.. Due to the really good reviews here and reasonable price, we chose Nobleton. It's a old 'L shaped' motel that rooms have been generally redone. nothing Luxurious. I think the worst part is the office staff. We had to go in a few times and they were just 'cold', one didn't even speak English.. Our 'favorite' part is when we asked about parking. They have 8 parking spots for Nobleton. We knew we were celebrating late Saturday night (arriving back at 2 or 3 am) so we asked about where to park of no spots were available (they have at least 18 rooms, but 9 spots). I kid you not the answer from the hotel staff rep was 'Shoulder shrug, I don't know'. She said park on the street....I said the parking signs say 4 hours max. Again, shoulder shrug. I was in shock! Seriously. They offered no help whatsoever....we couldn't be the first ones asking this. So part of our night was thinking what to do (luckily we did find a spot). Also The 1st bath towel was like sandpaper. The room was clean. The pool was nice. They had speakers so could have been nice to put something on them. We had a portable speaker so we use ours (only ones in pool, and low volume so as to not disturb anymore). The hotel is literally one short block to the beach/main drag so location is great. Very mixed if we would go back.

I was never able to check in because the front desk closes at 5pm. No one returned my calls when i left multiple voice messages marked "URGENT". My family was stuck at sea on a cruise ship due to the port being closed. I needed to check in late. No one has ever returned my calls.

Horrible establishment beware. I arrived from my flight red eye and called and followed the instructions to call before I arrived no answer. The place looks like a cheap motel and has no one on the property. Also, I would like to mention there were 4 other guests as we arrived with a infant child with the same problem. This place seems unsafe, and I do not recommend. I booked 3 nights here and was told that it was nonrefundable. I am completed disappointed with the operations of this establishment.

Tony welcomed us like family. He made us feel welcomed. We enjoyed the privacy, the beach a block away and the pool. The room was spacious. Very happy to have chosen this hotel.

The location is very good. You are staying close to the big resort hotels. The room was large, the bed was comfortable. I was on the lower floor and the room was very noisy because the family above me kept pounding around on the floor until late. At 5:00 AM the beeping of construction vehicles started up. I put in my noise cancelling ear buds. There was a lot that was good. The little pool is fine. But again, if you are sensitive to noise ask for an upper floor room or just be ready.
