Every room is beachfront at this small, wonderful hotel. All the rooms have balconies facing the beach. Sunrises are gorgeous! The staff is warm, friendly and accommodating. I unexpectedly had to stay longer in Ft Lauderdale because of flight issues so I returned the following week and I felt like a family member returning home. Ask for Jackie at breakfast on the beach!

The access to the beach and privacy of the beach area is a big plus. The staff was friendly and helpful. The downside for me came in the room itself. I stayed in a junior suite, room 103 specifically. The downside of this room is it shares a wall with the kitchen, which is cleaned and prepped starting at 5:30 every morning which will keep you from getting any rest after that time. My room also had several cleanliness issues including blood stains on the shower curtain and heavily soiled lounge cushions on the patio. They also charged me for the $4 bottles of water in the room that I did not drink so might as well drink them because they’re going to say you drank them regardless.

We stayed here for one night following a cruise out of Ft Lauderdale and love it. I called early in the morning to see about getting into our room early and was told we could come at any time. The beach is steps from the building, and the food at the restaurant was fresh and delicious. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, and a kitchen, living area and dining area. The balcony was small but that didn’t bother us as we could easily walk out to the beach. The pool was just the right temperature and was clean with a tropical oasis type feel. The staff was friendly, inviting and gave us all of the information we needed to access our rooms, set up chairs and umbrellas on the beach, get towels for the pool and where to park in their lot. We will be back with the family at some point. Thank you for nice, short but sweet stay.

I’m not one to write reviews unless the service is really really great.. or really really bad. This place is amazing! I have to give them the 5 stars they deserve! I just got home from a 5 day stay there with my daughter and we will 100% be back. We both dropped tears leaving because this week felt like “home”. The staff is amazing. From the front desk, to house keeping, to the staff at the sandbar. Rob, the owners father, also works there. He was the sweetest man and checked in with my daughter and I daily. They treat you as if you are their own family. Truly an amazing place all around. Beautiful view, great rooms. We will probably make this place an “annual trip”.

If you don’t have very small children, this place is fantastic. It’s on the beach, restaurant is excellent, room is comfy. My only two issues are things they probably can’t fix now. First, we could not get our room dark even when it was outside. Lights from the inside can through the bathroom window and through the glass sliding door. For an adult or older child, not an issue but is for a baby. My other issue is that the water had a yellow tint to it. After doing some reading, it could be a Fort Lauderdale issue not just a hotel issue. In summation, you should stay here regardless just be aware if you are traveling with small children.

Loved being right on the beach - super-friendly staff and a bit away from the hub-bub of the busier areas north and south of us. Quiet, family/couple friendly with excellent food and service at the Sandbar Grill! Not much else within walking distance that we found [food/shopping], but easily accessible with an Uber/Lyft ride and worth the trade-off for a quieter and more peaceful beach experience! Will definitely return next time we are that way and HIGHLY recommend to others!

Great property with beach front access. I booked a junior suite with a terrace overlooking the beach, perfect birthday for my partner. After reading a negative review I called three weeks ahead of my trip to make sure was not room 103 and was told they had me on room 102. Well, it was check in day and they had us on 103 so was not happy, reason I called to avoid this room. After that had to call front desk as room safe was locked open and not reset for new guests. That night front desk called us around 11:30 pm to move car from parking spot so needed to change my clothes. Early morning between 4:40 and 5:40 our sleep was interrupted due to next door restaurant noise moving things around to set up work for the day. Music was still loud at 9:30 pm so we had to call front desk two nights of our stay. Lastly when we ask for beach towels, the young lady at the front desk ask us to provide cards which we never received upon check in except bracelets. Even with all these inconveniences we had a nice time and enjoy the very comfortable and clean room.

It was directly on the beach which was great. Had a place to eat was a plus, but one picture on your site is misleading. It shows a lighted strip outside. There was no night light in walking distance. Where is this location. I thought we would have more to do than be at the hotel. All I had the junior suite which includes a balcony that has a table, 2 chairs, and 2 lounge seating. I didn't have chairs and any cushions for the lounge seating. The room had double doors but you could only open one side. Really I should've got a discount.
