Very relaxing scenery. The suite was absolutely amazing. The view of the bay was my favorite part. We were like 10 minutes walking distance to the beach. Definitely recommend for couples and families!

Room was nice with great view but my child & dogs next door could fit thru glass on sides of balcony. So we had dogs coming onto our patio all the time! Plus they forgot my 8am wake up call after I went down in person the night before & told them how important it was!!

My family will only stay at Residence Inn because of the comfort and you feel like your at home and can relax. When we come to Ft. Laderdale this is the only place we stay they try to make my sons stay as comfertable as possible because is in a power wheelchair and they are wonderful at making sure he has plenty of room.

Every single member of the staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The view of the boats and canals was unique. The rooms need soap next to each sink, but other than that, the rooms are huge and set up for families/long-term guests.

It's not the same set up as other Residence Inns with the rooms being smaller. Also, be prepared to be forced to valet or run the risk of a $40 parking ticket. It's not great for families but couples and singles would likely really enjoy this place.

Two issues. 1st. We noticed when we walked into our room that it had not been cleaned. No sheets on the bed. Trash from pervious guest was visible and toilet had not been cleaned. Called the front desk and they quickly moved us into another room. 2nd. I called the front desk around 9pm and asked for 2 extra pillows which never arrived to our room. Other than that the location was great and all in all the family had a good time.

A lot of homeless people in the area. Barely anything if anything at all to do for children and families. The room was not cleaned well.
