Owner Rentals at Pelican Grand Beach Resort

My entire family had an amazing time here. Everyone was extremely friendly and made you feel welcome. I will definitely stay here again

This room is a disaster. Air conditioning barley works. Lock is broke to balcony which is dangerous for kids. Sink doesn’t drain. Bathroom door lock broke. Tile in oversized bathroom I understand for wheelchair but my son fell and it’s just dangerous for kids. Couldn’t wait to check out. Pelican grand is nice just not this room

Stayed in owner penthouse with my husband and 2 small kids - Great view!! Location was perfect and beach and pool were wonderful. Ate at both restaurants and yes the food was Great and yes the food was Expensive !!! Downfalls - the hotel room could have been cleaner, the glass divider and blinds were loaded with dust and even an old crayon. Hotel says non- smoking but people were (not really the hotels fault) but very annoying. Most of all if staying on top floor BEWARE - they host parties/weddings at night on both wings, needless to say it was very noisy as the elevator for everyone is right outside your door and on top of that i had 3 DRUNK men knocking on the door at 3 in the morning. There's no reason you can't have someone there "helping"people in the elevator so that doesn't happen. I got a very discounted rate and would stay there again for that price but defiantly not for full price they're trying to charging.
