Great place family oriented just sad that the pool closed at 8

Family trip, not on the beach, but steps away. No roads to cross to get to the beach. safe for the grandkids. Shopping with 1/2 mile at Las Olas, great dining options. Golf cart shuttles always around to reach other dining options. we spent 3 days, then went on cruise, I would have been just as happy to spend all the time here and at Ft Lauderdales beautiful beaches

Convenient to the beach and good for small children especially located near cruise ports.

Great hotel for families, close to beach but just far enough away from all the commotion. Breakfast Buffet was very good and food to order for lunch/dinner was surprisingly good. There is not a drugstore or grocery store within walking distance, so be cognizant of that. Pool area very nice for families.

The breakfast was nice, kids enjoyed the pool, and we loved how easy it was to get to the ocean. Staff allowed us to check our bags when we arrived early so we could visit the beach and got us into the room a little early. We had a nice meal in the lobby while we waited, too. We could hear almost everything our neighbors said the first night—not sure if they’re just especially loud people or if the walls are too thin. The beds and pillows are much softer than my preference, too. We would probably stay here again. It was very convenient for a couple nights following a cruise, and the kids had a great time.

Beautiful hotel located within walking distance to amenities. Room was spacious with two double beds and a sofa bed. Travelled with 3 adults and 3 children. Kids love the pool.

The number one reason i gave the review i gave is because the water came out a yellowish green looking color and when we complained the hotel maintenance said that was normal. I stayed in fort lauderdale plenty of times and the water has never looked like that. When we fleshed the toilet it look like pee was still in there. My cousin filled up her tub and the water was green. Then the manager said its because of the lighting the they use in the bathroom. Its listed that the bar close at 10pm we never seen it open at 10. We came to the room one day at 7pm and the bar was closed. When we went to the pool it was so many geckos at the pool area we couldn't even enjoy ourselves. They were climbing on the pool chairs that people was sitting on one jumped in the pool with the kids. It did get right back out but it was not a relaxing time at all. The pictures and reviews about this hotel must be old because the condition of it is not as it appear on the website. The pool needs updating all around the edges look nasty. The doors on the balcony was so hard to open i saw one older lady trying to go back in her room from the balcony and couldn't even pull the door open someone in her room had to come help. Oh and let me not even get started about our balcony that over looked the garage and the back side of the other hotel. It was a disappointing experience. I would never stay there again.

It was very clean and quiet for a nice family vacation. Breakfast was delicious.

I stayed for 3 nights with my 6 year old daughter and 3 year old son. I chose this hotel because it is steps off the beach, has a pool and, perhaps most importantly, included breakfast. With the kids, it saves a lot of time and thought to just go down and eat at what proved to be a good complete breakfast. They liked it and it satisfied me. There isn't much conveniently close, so we used the bus which stops pretty much in front of the hotel. That got us out for later meals pretty easily. For what we were doing this hotel was great and I'd absolutely stay again.

Great hotel. Ocean near by and you don’t like ocean hotel pool is a great option. Very family friendly environment.
