I booked this property last minute when my family’s flights home were canceled and rebooked for the next day. The staff was wonderful and highly accommodating. The hotel was clean and perfect for an impromptu stay. Th kids loved the pool and we enjoyed walking across the road to the Gulfstream complex for a good meal and a little walking around (recommended by the hotel staff)

I am disgusted with this hotel's management of a clean and safe environment. My room was infested with bed bugs. I found them on the pillow cases, crawling on the walls, and all over the bed frames. I picked up the mattress and there was trash. I put my kids and my wife at risk of serious rashes and possible illnesses from these huge blood filled bed bugs. I got a nasty bite myself the first night. And don't get me started on how stressful the process of cleaning all our clothing and stuff was, praying we didn't bring it home. The hotel owner or property manager is liable for this and the front desk/house keeping manager promised me a full refund but I never got it. I have pictures and proof of everything I have described.

This is a great hotel for families. Although technically in Hallandale it is just outside Aventura, so the mall and shops are all within close proximity. Parking is free; another plus. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff was great and the property a good value for the money. I would have given an enthusiastic 5 stars but the pool area leaves a lot to be desired. A lot of people go to the pool area to vape, smoke cigarettes and marihuana and consume alcohol. This is supposed to be a family area with children and these activities should be prohibited. There should be a minimum zone of 30 feet from the pool area for smoking and a security guard patrolling the pool and parking area. We were there for 5 days with my wife and 10yr old and didn't see any supervision.

It was a one night stay with our family. Located closer to the mall and beaches. Food was excellent and the staff were very kind and attentive. Price is little bit higher, but worth it for 4 adults
