The front desk staff took care of my wife and I, but also made a special effort to help make the trip special for my kids. Excellent. Thank you.

I have stayed here plenty of times but this time was horrible. After calling the hotel to advise I would be late and asking about oversized vehicle parking, I arrived at the hotel at 130 am. There is a note (not professional) that says call to get in. The entrance is by a subway station with rats and homeless. So at 130 I’m digging in my purse for a phone with two small kids. The valet sees my trunk to get in and continues to walk. My vehicle is outside but the valet never came. Once inside I was told to drive two blocks away to park. So at 230 lugging two small kids with luggage, I’m still at the door waiting to be let in. I will never advise any clients to stay here and will never stay here again. The Hyatt regency was more than happy to help us for the remainder nights

Excellent location! Right on top of the metro station and walking distance to many amenities and historic/cultural/entertainment sites. Hotel is clean. A bit dated but plans for update are due to start in January. Has a an indoor pool… kids likes it. But request for towels at the pool were left empty (over 45 minute wait before giving up.

Nice hotel and has friendly staff. Would have liked it a bit better if the room was a bit larger for a family of 3, but all things considered, it was fine.

Excellent location, very convenient to multiple locations on foot and right next to the Metro. Room was fine, clean. Pool was okay but not as nice as it appears in photos - the kids swam once and didn't want to repeat, which is unusual. Location is the highlight and would stay there again.

There was no lotion like there usually is. Skin is dry during this time of year. Also they advertise a pool which is why I selected this hotel as I had two children. Get there and they say sorry the pool is closed and has been for a year. Get with it Expedia and start advertising what these hotels tell you.
