Eaton is a beautifully appointed hotel. The location is walkable to many popular local spots and for tourist sights. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed with our 7 year old son and our small dog. Eaton was a great choice for everyone in the family. We will definitely stay at the Eaton next time we are in DC.

The facility is beautiful but the staff is truly world class. Probably the nicest, most sincere hospitality staff I’ve ever encountered. Truly felt welcomed and appreciated and they took special care to show our children the special features of the hotel (tons to learn about culture and civil rights right on site). We would absolutely return.

This is a family friendly, wonderful hotel. it was SUPER CLEAN, comfortable, welcoming and REALLY REALLY COOL. The area felt safe, the staff was friendly and hip, and the room was phenomenal. My children had never seen a record player. the restaurants were equally fabulous. Cant wait to come back

Amazing design, Michele’s restaurant is great, breakfast bar is good, DJ studio is awesome, loved the rooftop. I really recommend to go and book some spa treatments. I just wish they had baby chair, softer mattress and harder pillows

The Eaton is wonderful. Technically, you don’t have to leave the hotel with all the things to do inside but when you do, everything is just a short Uber ride or walk away. The junior suite is lovely and the staff was friendly and accommodating. My only very minor complaint is that I would have loved water to be included in the room, but seriously that’s it! Stay there and enjoy!

I loved everything about this hotel from the minute we walked in and was given exceptional service or when we went into our beautiful suite and saw how powerful of a statement they made in making sure to education guest about the BLM movement between the art work in the hotel, the books made available, the robes we were left for our anniversary we were treated like vip guest and I will without a doubt be coming back again and pushing more friends and family to stay at this hotel! Thanks again!!
