Awesome stay. Great hotel for the location and value. Pet friendly was awesome. Staff was great. We wanted a quick get away for a family after a tragedy and the stay was great. Staffing seemed a little short at busier times but remained friendly.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Every day we were given vouchers for an umbrella and beach chairs so we didn't have to lug them to the beach. We also were given vouchers to the mini golf place next door. What a perk! The little touches made our stay so special. We also thought we had dumped our kids bathing suit in with the towels to be washed and they were so kind to search very hard for it! (we found it!).

Walking 3 blocks to the beach was a breeze. One of my favorite parts is the hotel gives you vouchers for an umbrella and 2 beach chairs that are set up on the beach for you. No need to bring them from home and drag them down to the beach. There is a nice pool. The hotel is right across the parking lot from miniature golf (they give you vouchers for free games) and around the corner from CVS was also very convenient and helpful for my family.

The location was at walking distance from the beach, and restaurants, the property was clean and quiet, the staff was very professional and friendly. We would gladly recommend the Hotel Bethany Beach to friends and family.

Great place for a family beach getaway. Recently renovated, comfortable rooms. Located an easy walk from the beach, and the daily umbrella and chair vouchers are nice. Our stay also included a free round of mini golf and discounts at the nearby crab shack. Breakfast spread is generous. Only caution is peak season parking at the hotel is $25/day extra…why not build that into what was billed as an all-inclusive rate?

There was a baseball tournament and the hotel was packed with kids. However, the hotel was quiet when in room.

Hotel stay was nice and walkable to beach. Lady at front desk at check.in very pleasant and informative The hotel was noisy at night with kids running in the halls with no supervision or security. Also had a room next to elevator and could hear that through the night Also some other older kids i assume pulled the fire alarm at midnight and the hotel had to be evacuated. The night mgr was very unprofessional In keeping folks calm and used profanity on what she was going to do the group that caused this

Really loved this property. The only reason I couldn’t give a full 5 stars on facility is that the family suite second bedroom is about 15 degrees warmer than the main room. We were totally fine, slept comfortably and fans are provided, but this would be a bigger issue for a longer stay
