The staff was very friendly and attentive. Every day we were given vouchers for an umbrella and beach chairs so we didn't have to lug them to the beach. We also were given vouchers to the mini golf place next door. What a perk! The little touches made our stay so special. We also thought we had dumped our kids bathing suit in with the towels to be washed and they were so kind to search very hard for it! (we found it!).

There was a baseball tournament and the hotel was packed with kids. However, the hotel was quiet when in room.

Hotel stay was nice and walkable to beach. Lady at front desk at check.in very pleasant and informative The hotel was noisy at night with kids running in the halls with no supervision or security. Also had a room next to elevator and could hear that through the night Also some other older kids i assume pulled the fire alarm at midnight and the hotel had to be evacuated. The night mgr was very unprofessional In keeping folks calm and used profanity on what she was going to do the group that caused this

Really loved this property. The only reason I couldn’t give a full 5 stars on facility is that the family suite second bedroom is about 15 degrees warmer than the main room. We were totally fine, slept comfortably and fans are provided, but this would be a bigger issue for a longer stay

Absolutely fantastic stay! The workers kindness really makes it top notch. Special shout out to Clif who asked if we needed anything, and gave up the elevator packed with cleaning stuff to let our packed family in. Beautiful, clean rooms, great breakfast. This place is a hidden gem:)

It’s a solid choice for families planning to spend most of their days at the beach. The building shows some age but it’s been updated and staff members who work there are really nice. The only tiny issue is that their pool is outdoor so you’ll need to figure out what to do with your kids if it’s raining and can’t go to the beach.

This is a lovely property with an easy walk to the beach (even with two,young grandchildren!). The only small glitch was that the advance sign in link didn’t load … it just kept displaying a message that it was uploading but it never did.

Everything was great. The room was clean and updated, checkin was very simple and the free adult beverages already in the room were a great touch. My kids enjoyed the pool and the beach was easy to access. I definitely will be back!

The hotel is in a good location in Bethany Beach but should not have been rated aclose to 8.6. I could tell the staff was short handed. But the room had a strong unpleasant odor. The refrigerator barely worked. The cable tv hardly got any channels. The shower was for a child or dog not an adult. The ratings are not accurate and would not of booked here.

Recently renovated June 2022. Easy walking access to beach and multiple restaurants. Short drive to boardwalk. Great place for families. Pool, vouchers for free mini-golf (close walk) and beach chairs&umbrella.
