Comfort Inn Rehoboth Beach

Everything was beyond our expectation and made our family stay much more enjoyable.

My stay at this hotel turned into a dreadful experience, not due to the hotel's service, but because of the booking process through Travelocity. As a family of four, I had reserved a double room with a King bed. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that we would be accommodated in one bed and offered a sofa bed as well. This was not mentioned in my booking, and it felt like they had manipulated the information to their advantage, making me sleep uncomfortably on a sofa bed. Unfortunately, the hotel did not allow me to cancel the reservation for a refund or change to a different room. My attempts to resolve the issue with Travelocity were fruitless, spending over two hours in conversation with their customer service. I have been a loyal customer of Travelocity, booking flights, cars, and hotels through them, but this experience has led me to reconsider my loyalty to their platform. This will mark the end of my association with Travelocity.

I appreciated the fact that the room description and pictures were accurate. Very often the pictures shown on the site look better than what you actually see and get once you arrive. This was a definite plus! I also appreciated the fact that I didn’t have to deal with the hassle of accommodations that were not up to par once I arrived and it was too late to cancel. Not having to deal with a “bait and switch” situation was very much appreciated since I was in the area for the funeral of a family member and not pleasure. Everything was very clean, the staff was very courteous and my reservation was hassle free. Definitely would recommend to others.

Nice hotel 2.5 miles to rehoboth beach. Free Breakfast is always a plus for our family with little children. Parking at rehoboth beach was $15 for the day. Beach umbrellas $16/each and chairs $8. Rental office closes 5p m so make sure to get there early if you wasn’t get your money’s worth.

The hotel was very clean, modern, and well stocked in the lobby of coffee, water, and choices for informational materials on what to do in the area. We used the fitness center, free breakfast area, and the outdoor pool. Our kids loved the pool (it was never crowded though we stayed in the summer)! The breakfast choices weren't many, but your typical waffles, cereal, oatmeal, breads/muffins, eggs, sausage, juices. It was decent for a free breakfast. Centrally located to all the shopping centers and restaurants and close enough to the beach to get there whenever you need to. Bus/trolley to and from the beach was available, but we didn't do it. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy and Quick Check in, clean rooms, decent breakfast like any other same type of hotels, friendly staff, kids friendly staff.
