The staff here is so friendly! It was our first time staying and it felt like we were regulars. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the location, parking, and access to the beach! There were some loud families during our stay, but that's my only complaint. :)

My family loved the breakfast and the little extras like freshly baked cookies at 8 pm and the wine and cheese provided. It's the small personal things that make this hotel stand out. The location was perfect and the beach chairs provided was very helpful.

Beautiful place! Right on the beach, clean and tastefully decorated, friendly staff, breakfast, happy hour and cookies for kids included, beach chairs provided. We had a wonderful time!

We had an excellent one night stay! The manager, Tom was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. All the bases were covered, 24/7 coffee and beverages, beach chairs, hot and cold breakfast, amazing views. Our room was spotless. Quiet nights can sometimes be hard to find in Dewey, so we really appreciated their efforts to keeping the noise down after hours, especially since we were traveling with a toddler. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great location...property is a little dated but I thought that added to its charm. Reminded me of shore hotels when I was a child. Would stay there again. Great rooftop deck overlooking Atlantic, clean, friendly staff and close to Rehoboth or leave car at hotel and walk to dinner...many places close by
