Hilton Garden Inn Dover

The staff was so professional and friendly. Only negative was the family above our room must have let the kids jump on and off the beds. It was so loud. Room was comfortable overall.

Customer Service was awesome and breakfast even better. Rooms were super clean. Just a reminder guest with kids need to be on a lower floor.

My family of 4 stayed here while visiting with extended family who live in Dover. The hotel is very nice. The nicest we’ve stayed at in Dover. It is clean, the staff is nice, and the breakfast was great. Definitely worth purchasing breakfast with your room. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are nice. The pool is on the small side but is fine. We only had one issue. When we arrived we had a room with a connecting door. We could hear what sounded like a baby or toddler through it. We weren’t psyched but were going out and figured we’d see how it would go. When we returned later that evening there were multiple dogs loudly barking in the room across the hall from us. A large dog and a yippy dog. We called the front desk. She said she was actually trying to find the owner. Apparently the owner walked up right then so the receptionist asked if she could call me right back. I said yes. She called right back and offered to move us and mentioned the owner was back so it should be fine but she was happy to move us. I said we’d like to move. She moved us to a higher floor on the other side of the hotel with no connecting door. It was so much better and completely quiet our whole stay. We loved it. I appreciate how easy she made the situation and we will definitely be back. The Hilton Garden Inn Dover is where we will stay from now on when we visit the area.

I usually stay at high end hotels but this hotel seem to be the best in the area. I was so happy that I chose the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Snacks and drinks were always available. The pool and hot tub was just the relaxation we needed with our kids. Most importantly, the rooms were clean. I would stay again!
