The hotel was very nice I recommend it for adults. My only suggestion is adding a arcade room for kids so they have something to do.

Hotel is in a casino… however, Monday-Thursday you CANNOT get a cup of coffee OR breakfast until 8am. I stayed there because it was pretty inexpensive and close to my family. I did not choose the hotel to gamble. What hotel, in this day and age, doesn’t at least offer coffee to guests?! They had the “pods” in the room but… not real coffee. Bed and room was very nice but the lack of amenities was disappointing

I came there with my 9-year-old son to bring him to the Air Force Base and also to go to see the capital. The website said you had a pool and it also looked very family friendly. I was very disappointed when the pool had been decommissioned for months and there was no place to hang out with my son. The rooms are very noisy as there were people up all hours of the night to do the gambling and run up and down the hallways.

The room was good size, clean and the price was excellent. We came to Dover for a short family visit, so the room met our needs. Since it is a casino hotel, services are probably geared to gambling clients.

Initially booked a longer stay but needed to shorten my stay due to family medical issues but was still charged a change fee on top of the room rate. Between Hotel.com and Balley’s, neither would work with me even tho I decided to still stay for at least the one night with them. I will not be using either business again and will not be recommending either. Given the situation, as well as it being the holiday, I was highly disappointed with both entities. There were people attempting to book rooms still but they were at full capacity so there was no financial loss with my rsvp change. The only thing that makes sense is a money hungry business with no empathy for those who genuinely need to change their plans for serious reasons. Other wise, the facility and room was decent.

My 3 night stay at Bally’s Dover Down was great. The room was spacious and clean. I had fun at the casino and looking forward to coming back and bringing my family and friends. 😃

The facility was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend others to visit and stay at the resort. The casino offered a variety of games to play, I felt like a kid in a candy store. I will definitely visit again soon.

The room was nice, one bed was very soft, not good for sleep, the other one was very comfortable. With such a high class hotel they need to spend a few thousand dollars and replace the chairs in the lobby with new comfortable chairs. It’s an embarrassment to the hotel. They also need more chairs set up in small groups, there’s plenty of room, people can sit while waiting for check- in or for the rest of the family. We ate at the Sugar Factory, it was excellent.
