The hotel is well located and the team is great. We always stay there when visiting our family. So it is probably our 6th or 7th stay there. We noticed that the hotel is not getting any maintenance in the last years. Some doors need to the repainted and some carpets need to be raplaced.

This is by far my most favorite hotel in the Greater Hartford area. We stay here to visit family and the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. It’s more like a bed and breakfast with charming and historic decor. The breakfast is outstanding! We will be back.

We stay here every time we come to Connecticut to visit friends and family and have not ever been disappointed in the rooms, location and the staff is the most friendly and attentive. There are terrific restaurant nearby and a short drive to shopping.

Upon arrival check in, agent was experiencing an emotional breakdown due to this third party system not communicating with Hotel software. Manager was away attending to family business and I was unable to check in….. so I left and went to Hampton Inn
