We took our kids to have a fun weekend getaway - We planned on visiting museum nearby and have the kids play in the pool and hot tub and have a nice cozy evening. But no! the hotel had other plans! There was so much drinking in the pool area. Foul language was being heavily used around kids in a very loud manner. It was overall a huge disappointment

Started with the staff at the front desk assuming how many people was going join the pool. Decide to give me 4 wrist band. Mind you there where so many people with out wrist band in the pool. I found so many little aunts by the fridge floor. The breakfast was not even room temperature it was cold. There was a Male staff how was very awful to the kids that was roaming around the building. Not to polite whatsoever.

I take my 7 year old daughter here every so often for a staycation...its fun to get out of my town for a night or two, and she absolutely loves the pool and I like the hot tub. Usual pros: Pool, hot tub (usually), clean and consistent rooms and shared spaces. Breakfast is always amazing! Very kind and helpful staff. Very quiet from room to room. This trip: Pool was filled with bratty and dangerous kids and no parents or staff of any kind. Hot tub was broken twice during my stay, water level too low, broken pieces in the tub. Room was cute with new renovations but they literally just painted over the issues already there was button

The indoor pool was ice cold! Not even children could brave the cold. The first aid kit in the pool area was not fully equipped.

The stay was nice. Last minute family plans. Beds were very comfortable. Only disappointment was our bathroom didn't have ventilation/fan.

Stayed at this hotel when visiting family many times in the past 6 years. Always a very friendly staff, from the front desk to the cleaning staff and the breakfast staff. Always clean and comfortable.

Despite there being a ton of kids staying in the hotel, our room on the first floor was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was also quite good though as other staff person and more garbage cans would have been helpful

The room wasn't as nice as I thought. The t.v. wires were loose and we had to keep moving it to work properly. We were hoping to make good use of the hot tub but it was always full of kids. When we did get to use it the Jets were throwing water outside the tub. It's a decent place to stay for a night but wouldn't make it a weekend getaway.
