Beautiful hotel. Close to ski resorts. Customer service was great and appreciated how it had complementary coffee, s'mores for kids and close to a dining hall.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly. The beds were very uncomfortable to me so I didn’t sleep very well the nights we were there. I did not rate based on the parking but the elevator in the garage was broken throughout our stay which could be a problem for the elderly and those with young children.

Hotel is very clean, new and nice but the walls and floors seem to be made of paper. Screaming kids and loud conversations could be heard. Heavy footed people above made it hard to get to sleep.

This was a fantastic hotel! The staff was friendly and efficient - check-in was quick and easy. The double suite was amazing - very clean and great size. The restaurant is good and convenient. The pool isn't huge, but it was big enough for the kids to have fun swimming.
