Snow storm knocked out power to the hotel, which of course isn’t the hotel’s fault, about 30 minutes after the power came back on at 3:30am there was an alarm to evacuate the hotel in the snowstorm, something that may or may not have been in the hotel’s control, but what was something the hotel had control of was the lack of any kind of apology for the situation and maybe extending the check out or breakfast time. Despite being up till 4:00am myself and my family went to get breakfast at 10:03am and the hotel had everything locked up already, not good customer service in my opinion!

Loved that they have games for kids to use, staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Building is a bit dated, but for a family get away it was perfect.

I cannot say enough about the staff and the manager. I stayed for a significant amount of time while my kids where at sleep away camp. They were so accommodating while I worked and provided instructions when I went hiking and helped when I was at the business center and they were incredible for everything, just everything. I felt safe and well taken care of. Thank you for a great experience.

It was a wonderful stay for my family. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The location was conveniently located near shopping, hiking and food (all within walking distance). The location was beautiful was well.
