This place is family-run and the folks are capable and friendly. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean room and bathroom. I'll be back.

Best family-run hotel to stay at in Salida. Staff was friendly, and breakfast had lots of options. Rooms were quiet. Bathrooms are a little small. Place is super clean.

I would definitely stay here again. It is family owned and the decor reflected excellent taste and extra touches. The downtown area was only a half mile walk

Avery nice, clean,and quiet family lodge only a few blocks from the Arkansas River. Great staff. A two story lodge without an elevator but easy steps. Very nice selection of fruit, sweet rolls and buns, and microwaveable breakfast sandwiches for the continental breakfast.

The breakfast was better than we expected. There's only one hot tub, which luckily was empty and we were able to enjoy, however if a family if already in it you're kinda outta luck. The room was average; the toilet has numerous cracks in it and there was hair in the sink, so cleanliness could be improved.

It's a quaint and comfortable hotel. The room was a good size and clean. Nice family-owned little place.
