Best Western Canon City

Was in town for a funeral. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating to me and family with our rooms. The young man that took care of breakfast was also friendly and helpful. The hotel was a great help to us in an unfortunate time.

Stayed twice for trainings in town. Comfortable, convenient. Chris checked me in both times and was pleasant, humorous, and helpful. I’ve only stayed here solo but would be happy to stay with my two little kids, too.

Comfortable, convenient, and reasonably priced. The man at the front desk when I checked in was really nice. Didn’t eat the breakfast but it looked adequate for a free meal. Will return, both as a solo stay for work & as a family so they can take advantage of the pool.

Nice Hotel, Front desk was very friendly and made great food suggestions. Not the nicest Best Western I've been at, but Staff was very courteous. Walls were thin, heard kids running down the Hall, but beds confortable and clean. Still think price is pretty expensive, but dealt with it! Pool n Hot-tub was small, but comfy

The Cañon City Best Western is in a good location—right near the east side of town and multiple restaurants. Rooms are basic hotel rooms with the standard amenities—including small fridge and microwave. Pool area has a hot tub and sauna and was fun for the little ones.

The bathroom could have been configured better, sink and toilet seemed for children size

Did not stay here! Looks can, and are deceiving. First of all, I always call the hotel before we leave for vacation to make sure all is well. And this time I'm glad I did. They charged us a extra 30.00 dollars for my 15 yr old. When we booked the room over this website we put in our children's ages, so I know they had them. I don't understand why the price on this site, and the hotels price was different? But anyway, we paid cash for our stay when we arrived. The room of 2 queens was somewhat clean, the bathroom door handle kept coming off the door, my wife rolled back the blankets on one bed, and the sheets had a urine stain on them. They did replace them that night, but really!! And the we get home and there's a extra charge of over another 30.00 on our credit card. When we called them the lady at the front desk could not tell us what this was for. All in all, pay the little extra and go somewhere else. There seems to be a nice Hampton Inn, in town. We will not stay here again. And we hope to get this 30.00 or so bill taken care of!

Friendly staff, especially after booking a nightmare hotel with 3 small children and a dog! Thank you night staff!!!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! There was dog hair and p** stains in/on the sheets. There was crumbs of food lining the night stands. The grout in the shower was not very clean. The towel bar was broken and coming off the wall. There were people smoking right near our room. You could hear every baby cry and dog bark. I will never stay here again!

Stayed 1 night for business. Room was clean. Staff was very personable. Hotel was next door to two chain restaurants. Morning breakfast layout was a good mixture of hot and cold items. I will bring my family here to see the Royal Gorge and stay in this hotel.
