The Manager came banging on my door saying she smelled smoke. And demanded I open the door. I was relaxing with my kids I said I’m not going to open the door I smell smoke too. She apologized downstairs and proceeded to charge me $150 for incidentals. #1 I don’t smoke especially in a room with my 1 year old. #2 Disputed

The beds are hard and the pillows were tiny. Not a place we would stay at again or recommend to family or friends.

The hotel is just fine. However, they charge a $12 parking fee in this tiny little town. Are you kidding me? This isn't downtown LA or Portland where parking is an issue! It's a bait and switch to make you think you have a good price on a room. Soured the whole experience for us.
The hotel is OK.

I read some reviews online before checking in. I already expected the weird parking fee of $12, which is a weird one because it’s their own not and not some far off rented space. Other than that, my family and I were pretty satisfied with our experience here: the room was spacious and clean, AC, microwave and fridge, and the room smelled ok. People online were complaining about the small pillows. All we had to do was unfluff them, and they we got our standard sized pillows. It was a good experience overall, and we would go back there id we are in the area. 4/5

I would have liked to see all the reviews before reserving the room, the truth, my family and I are disappointed in the place, it's the first and last time we have gonna stay here, they charge from parking lot to breakfast (it's the first time it has happened to us), and the rooms are not as modernized and beautiful as the entrance ... really check the reviews before booking !!!

After being stranded by an airline right before Christmas my family had to drive from Las Vegas to Columbus. Luckily we found this beautiful hotel in the mountains of Colorado along our route. It was Christmas Eve and late, provided us with much needed rest. Quiet, very neat, clean, priced around $60 online at Expedia. By far the best hotel on our trip and I still can not beleive the price was only $60..

The place is great and comfortable for a family with kids. There was an issue with cleanliness (some dirty bed linen, walls). Otherwise we were satisfied and will be possibly back to this hotel.

The hotel is nice, the stairway is disgusting and disappointing. It needs repaired in many places. It also doesn’t have a walkway through one door. You have to walk through the grass at the side of the building which is a bit scary in an unknown place at night. There are signs that say no smoking within 15 feet of the building yet I saw multiple people smoking within the doors of the building which is quite a hazard for pregnant women and children. It smells like weed inside and outside of the building. If you have a sign that says no smoking, it needs to be enforced.
