We stopped for a quick stay and Kate the manager was so awsome, she was friendly and helped us with accommodations with my family. Kate went out of her way to make sure our stay was wonderful.

Decent hotel for the price. Breakfast was good. Green chile was fantastic! Coffee tastes burnt both days. Walls were thin so we could hear everyone outside and the kids above us running and jumping. Pool was nice. We wished the hot tub worked.

Opened the door and the threshold was broken, the edging for the tile at entry was in disrepair. Bath tile work was done sloppily. Sundays and Monday's breakfast is biscuits and gravy, no gravy it was green Chille. Went to bed around 9:30 P.M. Woken up by children running and jumping on floor above our room. Have stayed at this Best Western many times before. never again.

Room was clean. The Evening front desk lady was very nice. I booked hotels.com. When I arrived they had not booked me in one of their advertised pet free rooms so they "upgraded me". Would have been nice but the room turned out to have only one bed. I had to sleep on a small couch fold out that was sized for a child. Night staff could not help. Turns out the price I booked at was 221 but I was charged 331 for the room. They did at least only make me pay the 221 for the room that had only one bed. No comp and really not even a sorry.
