Candlewood Suites PARACHUTE, an IHG Hotel

The best thing about this hotel was the receptionist who went above and beyond to help. When we got there, our fridge was not working and they had no other available rooms for what we booked- even though we had reserved 3 weeks in advance. The manager then suggested we use his office fridge- even though we were traveling with a small child, and would need to use it constantly. The whole reason we got this hotel was because they had kitchens, and to not be told beforehand of the situation was very sneaky and manipulative. The receptionist ended up cleaning another room for us, and she was sympathetic and very helpful. The room though clean was very outdated and didn't have a good feeling. There was no breakfast and no direct access to the river. I would recommend staying away from this place!

Great place to stay! I come here monthly for work and they always make me feel like family.

Room was nice and large. Not a bad place to stay, no pool available for kids that I could find. Gym was out of order during my stay and the wifi also didn't work the entire time we stayed there.
