I booked two rooms for my family with 3 children. When I arrived 30 minutes after check in started I asked if my two rooms could be on the same floor. I had accidentally booked handicap rooms through this site but said I didn’t need them. Two of the three front desk people told me there was “nothing they could do” including telling me that was “what happens when you book through a third party” and I was “welcome to go to another hotel”. When I asked to speak to a manager they said she was gone until after our stay. All the more ironic since the front area has rugs and signs saying “Making you happy makes us happy”. I get if overall, but the attitude of the front staff was beyond rude. Choose another place if our can.
