Hot Springs Inn

I didn't do a whole lot of research like I usually do for trips, but I was really surprised at how nice the Hot Springs Inn was. While the decorating is not even remotely my style, the location, the room, and the river next door made up for the eccentrics. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and the women who was there in the day on 7/2-7/3 was so friendly to my son and all the other kids. The room has a great balcony overlooking the river and the really nice river trail. The parking is free and has plenty of room. If you want, you could walk to town in probably 10 minutes or less using the river trail. All in all, I would go back in a second.

The staff was SO friendly and kind, especially Travis and the woman who helped with breakfast! She was lovely! The room was large, cozy, clean and quaint! The view on the river was perfect and the two KING size beds were comfortable and a nice treat compared to the average two queens at all other hotels for the same price! It’s a quick 1-2 minute drive to everything in Ouray and our kids loved it! A GREAT place! We’ll be back, no doubt!

Great place to stay when visiting Ouray. Rooms were nice, the location is walkable to town (at least it is for our family), and the staff was very friendly. We’d definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, it was spectacular. The front desk clerk Lolly was pleasant and funny, treated us like family! Later in the evening my bride needed something. The evening clerk Travis was equally fantastic! In the morning, Lolly always greeted us for breakfast and always had a kind word. It was refreshing to see two individuals whom truly act like they enjoy their work! If ever in Ouray DON’T hesitate to stay at the Hot Springs Inn. Oh did I forget to mention the balcony over looking the river!!!!’

amazing place! only thing we didn't like was the room smelled like weed because we had the windows open and the folks next door were smoking and talking loud till late. so had to ask them to put it out and we had to shut our window; the sound of the river was the whole reason we booked. breakfast was ok, James the front desk guy was amazinng. kids loved him and Joey the dog. and all the front desk staff, and housekeeping was fabulous. thanks for a great stay, we'll be back!

We loved staying at this property. We loved the room with 2 King size beds with the sound of the river nearby. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only drawback was no elevator for my elderly family.

We came to The Hot springs inn to escape Denver for a family vaca and that is exactly what it was. Beautiful and clean! This place was so perfect! We will be back! We have two very young kids and they enjoyed it so much!

The property is well appointed, nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. View of the river from the balcony is awesome. Very friendly staff. Continental breakfast was pretty standard. Overall, an excellent inn for a one night family stay up in the mountains.
