Our stay was good. Family of 9 traveling with my brother and his family plus my own. We slept comfortably and had good breakfast in the morning. Showers were great! It was quiet and peaceful 😊 great stay! Thank you!

They advertised that they are Pet friendly, but that is not the case. Apparently they only allow Dogs. That's Dog friendly not pet friendly! After traveling from Los Angeles to Colorado in one day we booked two rooms at the Super 8 because it explicitly stated "Pet Friendly"! We are in the process of moving the family to the upper pennisula of Michigan so of course Critters are family too. As I have dogs and cats. So when we arrived we were then informed by the hotel clerk that they only allow dogs? He then calls the owner Deb who rudely tells me that they only allow dogs! I said that is false advertising as I wouldn't have booked 2 rooms if that was stated. And told us to go elsewhere. Even had to mention her lawyers! I'm like wow! This is the worst Customer service I've ever encountered! Don't waste your time or money! We ended up going across the street to La Quinta who was very accommodating and a much nicer and more reasonably priced!

Toilet would not flush. Got plunger from staff. Had to plunge even “yellow water” to clear. Door would not latch or lock without slamming hard enough it disturbed adjacent rooms. Easily left unlocked by wife or kids.

The swim pool was supposed to be heated and it wasn't the hot tub was broke and water was gross but all in all the kids still had fun. Very close to amenities, walked to gas station and fast food, staff was very friendly, pet friendly hotel very close and easy freeway access. I would definitely stay again for sure. I would highly recommend this place to other going to this area

The staff was friendly, the location is great, surrounded by fast food and local restaurants. We come here occasionally to visit family and this is our favorite spot if we choose to stay in a hotel.

We went for a small family vacation, it was quite even though we were near the highway. Everyone was very friendly, it was so relaxing noticed it wasn't as busy as most hotels which was a nice change.

The location was convenient and the building was clean. We chose a hotel with a pool so our kids could enjoy it. The pictures showed an outdoor pool, but it is actually indoors which worked out even better since it rained on us.

Great staff, they treat us like family when we visit that are. Couldn’t ask for much more.
