Clean and friendly service. Food basic, but sufficient. Suite rooms are stocked well and comfortable for a family of 5-6. Pool and hot tub nice too

The hotel was very clean and nice, and the staff was friendly. I was not happy that they weren't helpful when I told them they put me in the wrong room the room I booked online was sold out. Then when my family and I went swimming there were no towels we had to wait to be cleaned. And last we ask for blankets and pillows and they had none.

Nice clean hotel. Good size family rooms. Breakfast had a good variety.

The buffet breakfast was delicious. The grandkids loved making there waffles. Staff very friendly.

I stayed here with my family, and the room was super comfy and clean. We loved the beds. The sheets and blankets were the softest I've ever had at a hotel. Breakfast was good - premade egg omelets and bagel/egg/sausage sandwiches, yogurt, oatmeal, toast, muffins, waffles, fresh fruit, etc. Definitely recommend!

Great for family

The pool wasn’t available for use. It’s the only reason I booked this place because it has a pool for my kids to use. They were disapppointed.

This place is great , second time I been here always very helpful , when we came threw the frist time we ask frank for things to do with kids he told us of a few places then surprise us with a list that he gave us a little later , he went on the computer and printed out tons of extra things we might be interested in for the kids , way to go frank your a super great employee!!

I wanted to love this property! Service was friendly and very accommodating. Unfortunately, nearly every appliance I used had issues or didn’t work! This was a sad inconvenience because I had two small kids and checked in pretty late at night. Broken microwave (grateful that the front desk allowed me to use the break room microwave), TV wouldn’t work, coffee maker broken, and the fridge was so loud it kept us all up. I tried to unplug it but couldn’t get to the cord. Lastly, a seemingly clean room had gross hair in the shower. I won’t be staying at a Hilton Home 4 Suites again since they probably all use the same or similar appliances. With kids, I count on these to work and seek out hotels with these amenities. I’m sad!
