Excellent deal for a clean, modern property in Grand Junction. Loved having the coffee shop downstairs and the kids delighted in the hot chocolate bar. I will stay here the next time I visit GJ!

We love this hotel because of its proximity to CMU and it is lovely- But $75 per pet per night on top of $319+ is steep- We have stayed twice, but this was likely the last time although our kid will be a student for 3.5 more years. A couple of very rude employees. I mean, I get that it is not a resort, but $480 for one night in Grand Junction, you would think employees could muster a pleasant demeanor.

I booked 3 rooms for a family get together. We all had a great stay and liked our rooms. Great location and easy to find. College campus was quiet and nice.

I love that this hotel is adjacent to the CMU campus and that some of the kids help run it! While a little wear and tear is evident in the rooms (still a pretty new hotel), I like how the rooms are appointed, the Mojo at the salmon was so good I had it twice and it's a nice, quiet location. Excellent service attitude. Shout-out's to Derek and Skyer at the front desk, Brook and ...shoot, another young lady at the Devil's Kitchen restaurant.

My family, including our 10 month old St Bernard who is in training to be my service dog all took our first trip together and let me tell you...priceless. I've never traveled with a dog before, let alone a massive dog who loves every person he sees and I was extremely nervous about how this was going to work out being it was also 4th of July weekend. We drove up from Denver and stayed in a garden patio room. I had no idea it was on the college campus and was run by their hospitality students and I can't express enough how amazing this place is! The staff was wonderful, the restaurant was fantastic, the location was perfect and great for taking the dog out for a walk on the campus in the morning and my giant baby loved to sit at the patio door and people watch. We also had a front row seat for the fireworks just outside our patio door. If you are traveling through Grand Junction with or without your pooch...stay here, you will not regret it! I will absolutely stay here again!

My husband got into an accident while we were on vacation so I needed a hotel to stay at by the hospital. He was in the hospital for a week, but the entire time I was unsure when he would be discharged. The staff here accommodated me every single day to ensure I had my room reserved, they helped me with my laundry, food being delivered late to the room, and ensuring my room was cleaned (due to covid the rooms aren’t being cleaned as frequently). Every staff member was helpful. The rooms are super nice and homey. This hotel was perfect with the situation I was in, as I was alone in a town dealing with my husband who was a trauma patient at the hospital. This hotel made me feel like I wasn’t staying at any hotel, alone, in a town that we had no family or friends in. I felt like I had people helping take care of me, especially when I didn’t realize I needed the help. Being managers of Costco Wholesale, we understand the value of great member service. This hotel reminds me of the company we love to work for, as they value their customers/hotel guests and ensure their stay is everything they need and more. I could not thank this hotel staff enough.
