I am a Marriott fan for life and that will NEVER change. The only issue I had was noisy upstairs neighbors. I had been staying at this particular location for a month straight, but the last week I was there, the family above me made it their mission to start wrestling or whatever they like to do at 10:30 pm EVERY NIGHT! I went upstairs and asked politely if they could keep it down. They stopped, for maybe a minute, and started up again. It was so nerve wracking. I guess on my next stay i will ask for the highest floor. The only reason I didn’t switch rooms was I didn’t feel like moving all my things. Other than that, I like how the location is tucked away, I felt at home.

I like all Marriott properties. The only thing I don’t like about my stay at this location is the guests above me has children who make noise at inppropriate hours which makes it hard to get sleep. I tried asking the front desk to ask them to quiet down but that only works for so long until they start it up again. I mean, 10:00 p.m. is not the time to still be wrestling around on the floor because that’s what it sounds like is going on up there. I don’t want to move my stuff because that’s too much of a hassle.

We booked 2 rooms. Each were supposed to have 2 beds plus a pull.out. But instead we were booked into studio rooms with one bed. They ended up putting us in a 3rd room but that meant teens had to be in a room on their own without an adult. Not ideal and definitely not a relaxing environment for the kids or us. Neighbors were loud till after midnight. Not much sleep.. People were loud till after midnight.

I would absolutely stay here again. Very clean. Comfy beds and pillows. Loved having two bedrooms so I could shut the door and go to bed while the kids stayed up. Full kitchen with everything needed to cook and enjoy a meal…besides the food lol. Friendly staff.

One of the grossest, and definitely one of the worst managed, hotels I have ever stayed at. A stain on the Marriott name, just like the stains of highly questionable origin all over the couch (so gross we had to cover it with a blanket). There was dried food in the stove, dishes in the cabinets were dirty, air conditioner noisy enough to wake us. Quoted one price and charged another for dogs-apparently the staff doesn’t even know the policy, which is apparently also not the same as what they publish on the web site. Worst, they allowed a bunch of Texan yahoos to start a bbq at 9:30 at night. Despite the young girl left to run the place alone on a Saturday night trying to get them to respect quiet hours, which supposedly start at 10pm, there were drunks and screaming children running around outside my window at 1:30am. By that point I called the front desk and told the clerk either she could resolve the situation or I would call the sheriffs to do so. Ridiculous that this was allowed to go on for almost 4 hours and kept us from sleeping. Sleeping is the point of the hotel! So outraged by this experience.

I specifically asked for a first floor room on the booking site and then again via phone 3 days prior to our arrival. After a 15 hour drive I was extremely disappointed to find out at booking that we did not get a room on the first floor. (We have 2 dogs. We NEEDED a first floor room!) so we got a 2nd floor room. They did waive the pet fee for inconvenience which was appreciated. Our room was laid out well for a week long family stay and I was glad to see the kitchen came with some things needed to cook. I did have to wash every dish by hand before using, because they were dirty. (I seen dried food on a few items!) but to have a kitchen in the room was really great. Unfortunately, the second floor room was directly above the office. And the kitchen… so around 5am everyday they started making breakfast and you could hear and smell everything they were preparing, which with dogs who bark - was not enjoyable or relaxing for us at all. (Again. I asked twice for 1st floor for this exact reason!) the breakfast varied everyday but was well stocked and clean. I loved the hot tea and coffee available in the lobby as well, it was a nice touch. The location is beautiful and very quiet, and nestled at the base of the mountains. Plenty of grass for dogs to potty and poo stations were visible for trash. The hotel staff was very friendly, and always available. The cleaning staff made sure we had fresh towels available during our stay as well, which I appreciated. Overall it was a great ex
