Residence Inn Denver Cherry Creek

The property is ok if you are looking for an average hotel. The suite is spacious, the hotel clean and personnel are helpful and friendly. However the breakfast is pretty bad. We ate out half our stay as the food was not what we expected. The eggs are not real eggs, maybe they are powered not sure. Fruit is only bananas. Yogurt was good. And there is cereal, but Cheerios was all offered. Very few healthy choices. My biggest complaint is that the furnishings in the room were uncomfortable. Bed was so soft it gave us backaches and was difficult to sleep. Chair and couch have the most uncomfortable upholstery. No comfortable place to sit in the room. Pool is ok but the water is cloudy. If you have small kids it’s ok. But if you are looking for a more comfortable hotel I would go else where. The cost is too high for what you get. Spend a bit more and try one of the other places in Cherry Creek.

The hotel was very nice! Having a kitchen in the room is great, especially when having a baby. We did go to the pool, but we couldn't go swimming since it was so cold. Also the front desk staff was listening to a movie and kept asking me to repeat myself or taking down the wrong numbers.

Happy to not have just a hotel. Loved the kitchen amenities. Clean bathroom. Pillows could use an upgrade. The pullout worked w our one child. Outdoor firepit and couches are nice. Great lobby. Pretty decent free breakfast though ends early. For the quality though, walls and filing thin. Wow. Was disappointed. Would definitely stay again. Close to shopping and food and highway. Cherry creek N shopping walkable.

Comfortable and spacious room! 4 of us stayed in a junior suite and we enjoyed our stay.
