First when I got there our room wasn’t available it had been overbooked due to a glitch in the computer system. So we didn’t get the room I reserved. The rooms we did get weren’t together. We received complaints that my kids were being too loud every day. Then my card was charged twice which meant our trip had to be cut short. I will never book another hotel through any website I always get gypped every time

If you are tied between this hotel, and another--STAY HERE! This was our 2nd visit after an amazing first visit. This hotel is staffed with the nicest people, and is conveniently located within 10-15 mins of everything in downtown Denver! Plenty of parking spaces, and no crazy parking garages to deal with. They are pet friendly, and we brought out little pug who had tons of grass to sniff around in with the walking path right by the property. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern with plenty of room for large groups or families. Bigger than most 2 bedroom apartments! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and they allowed us a late check-out of 1pm! This is honestly going to be the only place we stay while in the downtown Denver area moving forward--and for the price we paid, we are just amazed. I don't write reviews often, but this hotel deserves all the 5 stars I can give!

The hotel is going through a remodel and the results are great. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom room.. It had a kitchen and 3 beds. Our room was very clean and modern. It was nicely appointed and had everything you would need. The kitchen would make it very easy for a family to cook and save money. The common spaces are nicely appointed. The coffee and food were just a perfect amount to crub your hunger. I would definitely stay again.

The room itself was clean and big. I liked how it was stocked with plates and silverware too. The breakfast was pretty terrible (it didn't help that you can hear the kitchen staff cussing in the back room most of the time). The children running around the halls at 8am slamming doors every 2 minutes wasn't great either. That's kind of out of the hotel's control, I understand. The worst part was the construction. We thought it would cease on the weekend but they were working in the room directly above ours and at 9am (Saturday) they started dragging equipment around and hammering away. We checked out early once that started happening. At least the front staff was friendly and kind enough to understand and refund the day we checked out early.

We arrived at this hotel late & the front desk staff were very helpful & friendly. My kids were disappointed the pool was already closed & the woman at the front desk heard us talking & gave us some free bags of microwave popcorn to make up for it. Our suite was perfect for a family of six & we all wished we could have stayed here longer. We also saw bunnies out by the pool area during breakfast.

Pros: the room we stayed in had 3 double beds and a pullout sofa, so it worked great for a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens and a tween) plus 2 bathrooms. It was like getting two rooms for the price of one. The hot breakfast was good as well. Cons: There were several minor maintenance issues with our room, sliding door out of its hinge, a door with a bent hinge that didn't close properly.

This is our usual hotel to stay when visiting our family in this section of Denver. The neighborhood is less than great unless you're a Target junkies as a super Target is across the street. For use this is not an issue. On the other hand it's only a few minutes from Cherry Creek, access to IS 25 and about a half hour (not at rush hour) from the airport. The friendly, helpful staff, reasonable continental breakfast and the quality of the suite more than makes up for the location

I made my reservation with Staybridge Denver based on guests reviews of the hotel and the breakfast it offered. As I was meeting my daughter and grandkids, 7 of us in total, having breakfast provided would be a big benefit. At check-in we were notified that, due to planned construction, breakfast would be "grab & go" and consist of fruit, cereal, muffins, and heat & serve sandwiches. I told the desk attendant that the hotel should give guests a credit for the reduction in service provided. He said they were but I was not eligible as I booked through a third party. Breakfast was actually 3 types of cereal, 2 types of muffins, a granola bar, and a burrito filled with some type of bean paste. A few of us tried the burrito and found it disgusting - it was labeled "for institutional use", had it been given to prisoners, they would have rioted. There was bread for toast but they ran out by 7:30 Sunday morning. Needless to say we had to go out to breakfast for both days of our stay at considerable added expense. The hotel manager was in the office when we checked out. I told him the hotel should have notified guests of the change of service in time for them to change their reservation if they chose. He said unfortunately they had no way to notify me. I reminded him they emailed me to thank me for my reservation to which he had no comment. I believe the hotel owes me a credit and they should keep hotel.com advised of changes to services offered.
