I was very disappointed with this hotel. It smelled so strongly of weed I was afraid my kids might get high. The desk attendant seemed high and was very sloppily dressed. Even on the 8th and 9th floor the stench of weed was extremely strong. It was not just the lobby.

The price is ok for what you get. Staff is friendly. Parking is reasonably priced at $15 a day. Negatives include: There is not a safe in the room. The entrance is not well marked. The free breakfast is horrible. The bed was uncomfortable. Location was close to where our family lives so it worked out ok. But this Hyatt needs to take a good look at its amenities and try to do better.

Our family has stayed here multiple times now, the pricing has been amazing, the staff has been great and it is close enough to downtown to get there in just a few minutes.

Remodeling was happening on multiple floors, forcing front desk to put lots of people on one level. I was surrounded by children and noise.

Room was big, great space for us with 3 kids, but the housekeeping service pretty awful. They forgot to make the beds one day and they told me they had no one to make them and I had to do it. I had to ask for extra sheets another night and again they left them for me at the door. Breakfast ☹️

The hotel was so clean and rooms were very comfortable! The breakfast buffet was outstanding! My family and I really appreciated being able to bring our 10 month old puppy with. The staff was so friendly and accomodating!

Very clean, spacious rooms. Breakfast offerings were better than most hotels of this category. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Highly recommend for family, business, or to visit University of Denver

Comfortable enough but disabled elevator and locked stairwells made getting around difficult. Great location for visiting family and we would stay there again.
