Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Cherry Creek

Great choices for breakfast. Nice bar area. My extended family was able to get together for breakfast and for a drink at night in the bar.

Hilton properties used to be classy, but that’s all dressing now. They are no better than the myriad of other hotels out there. Was very disappointed this time. Checked in earlier in the day, but did. Or go to room - met with family. Came back later that night and did a loooong walk on the second floor to find the room keys didn’t work. Walked the long way back to the lobby to find they wrote the wrong number on the card sleeve. Went back to get all my stuff and walked the opposite way down another long hall. Ug. Fast forward to 2AM when our neighbor decided to have a bunch of loud friends over and jam out to some heavy bass dance beat music. I called the front desk about 2:30 and by around 3AM, things were finally quiet. Lastly our room had the “Mountain View” which was blocked by AC and kitchen exhaust units. That and the sounds of Colorado BLVD in all its glory. Stay on the parking lot side if you want some quiet.

Our room was perfect for a family of three. Our two year slept great. We also enjoyed the pool and our walks to the restaurants around. It is a short drive to the Denver Zoo and Cherry Creek Mall.

We could not be more thankful for this hotel. We got stuck in Denver for snow and were in a hurry to find a family-friendly hotel. The staff was amazing, the facility was clean, we felt safe, and the surrounding area is very easy to navigate for non-locals with a lot of stores and restaurants close by without the stress of being directly in downtown Denver.
