Stayed during Memorial Day weekend. We were able to see the Elitch Garden fireworks from the back of the property. The staff were great and offered grilling items when I mentioned during checkin that we were thinking of grilling out. The pool wasn’t open yet for the season, but we understood that it was to be inspected first. Staff offered snacks to the kids, let us know which parking spots were close to our building, and breakfast staff was very attentive of the breakfast area. I won’t lie that the bathrooms could use updating, but you can’t beat the space and everything was clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds and even extra trash cans outside of the unit in case you had large items (or dirty diapers in our case) to throw out.

Love this property! This is such a nice walkable, safe area to go to a restaurant, coffee shop, go downtown, ect. The staff are very nice and responsive to anything you need. Breakfast is good and again very nice staff that work there. The hotel is clean and perfect for our family with a kitchenette and comfortable beds. This is our second time here and we will be back.

I stayed more then a few days , I had always paid on time kept my room and my suite very clean , I did notify the front desk about a death in my family and that my family would be stopping by to visit as well as the front desk people seen my family in the lobby crying and make funeral aragments when I went to check out the front desk said I would have to wait a few days before I could rent again from them a few days ago by I made a reservation I paid for room then right before check in time I get a call from the front desk saying they can't rent to me because I had to many guests ....I didn't know u weren't allowed to have a certain amount of guests

They give you free Lyft ride within 5 miles for free, not just from the hotel but also within the city. Decent breakfast, small but nice pool for the kids and a small but decent gym. Very friendly staff, Clean place, would stay again.

Very dirty place. Smells bad as well (as if someone had just smoked pot in the unit). Doors, walls, floors, bath tubs, toilets, bathroom's fans, everything was disgusting. We only stayed the night because we could not find another place last minute on a Saturday night. I will never stay in this place again. My kids deserve better.

We had a great stay at a great price. We visited family in Denver and this hotel was across the street from 2 other major hotels. We will be back next time we visit Denver

Traveled to spend time with family for holiday and staff was rude at check in. There was a problem checking in and the clerk did not help to resolve the issue. He was very difficult and made smart remarks about destroying the room. I was not happy with the experience there. I will not stay at that location again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and room accommodations. Our family needed to make a few changes to our reservations. The front desk workers were quick to workout a plan. The room was large and had a kitchenette in the rental. The company also provided extra goodies to make the stay more comfortable like a few dishes. These extra touches are greatly appreciated when traveling. In the morning our family had breakfast at the hotel. The selection was quite nice. Everyone in our family could find something to fit their diet style from hot plates to healthy choices.

Amazing customer service. I had an early interview in the morning and asked if I could check out at a later time and the staff was very accommodating for me. I came back after my interview and was still able to go back to my suite and pack up. I was never rushed to check out which made my stay very much enjoyable. The suite was equipped with everything necessary to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I loved the kitchen accessibility - I would love to take my family back. Overall, the customer service and accessibilities made my stay very stress free and enjoyable.
