The place was close to a lot of restaurants and the food court connected to the hotel had so many options. The rooms were big and the shower and vanity in the bathroom were awesome. If I had to stay there with someone other than family I would not feel like I had privacy in the bathroom. It was a barn door type and it didn't close all the way so there was a gap and you could see in the bathroom. They charged us $38/day for amenities that were a joke. When the air would turn on in our room it sounded like a jet engine and was very loud. The atmosphere was cool and the back alley was beautiful. It was nice being close to so many things. Coffee shop didn't open until 7am.

This property is perfect if you are looking for an edgy urban vibe with a perfect location for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The rooms were bigger than we expected, beds are extremely comfortable, and walls are solid so we couldn't hear anything even with a full hotel for New Year's weekend. We didn't need a car from the airport with the Union Station terminal 2 blocks away, even with the winter temps. The shuttle was very handy for a party of 6 and we also walked to Ball arena, no problem. The front desk staff gave us the best service & Maya goes above and beyond with her attention to our needs. She made dinner & brunch recommendations and reservations for us. We travel regularly & we have never experienced customer service at this level. The front desk, shuttle, & guest services staff all new us by name & were extremely friendly! The servers at local restaurants also gave us warm greetings bc Maya called ahead! We had 2 rooms with our adult children and we will be raving about this hotel and our experiences in LoDo for a very long time. Thank you Maya, Kourtney, & Maven staff for making our holiday trip extra special!
