Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station, CO

We had a nice 3 night stay for visiting family and attending a baseball game. For baseball this is excellent choice, very close to Coors Field and an easy walk. Room was clean, nice bed and bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Room is clean and large. Love the views and the window shade which enables light to come in without being seen. Pool area was wonderful. Breakfast was not as advertised. Restaurant is high end and not super family friendly. Menu online is not correct, although restaurant staff was very accomodating.

We liked the easy proximity to RiNo and also to Union station area. The staff was friendly and valet was very convenient with unlimited in and out from the parking garage. Our kids enjoyed the pool. I think the chemical balance was pretty high on the chlorination, but it was good to have an indoor pool for the early spring season.

Our whole stay was great. The highlight of our stay in the hotel were the valet guys. They hyped us up when we left for the games. They made me feel like a celebrity every time our family walked out those sliding doors.

Unfortunately there is construction right next door. So loud. We had a fight in the room next door and because we were on the pool floor(3) running back and forth of kids was non stop. Staff was not helpful. Still waiting for my deposit back. Literally could not sleep. Awful.

Not the safest location staying kids. Property could use an upgrade, didn't feel very clean. Staff was friendly but not knowledgeable or helpful when it came to recommendations.

Check in was disappointing. I had asked for adjoining rooms the day previous and had been assured that it would be no problem. We arrived at 2:45 and were told our rooms weren't ready yet. No big deal, we took the 3 kids to the pool for an hour. I checked back at 4:00 and they still weren't ready. So we changed in the bathrooms and took the kids to dinner. We had to leave all our bags at the front desk and they explained that they would call us when our rooms were ready. By 5:30 we still hadn't received a phone call about our rooms so we went back to the hotel to check. It was almost 6:00 when we finally got into our rooms. It was just super inconvenient to not be able to get into our rooms at the expected time as our event started at 6:15 and we needed time to get ready.

Great location and clean rooms suitable for families

Swimming pool was a hit with the kids. Temperature was great and size was perfect for exercise and play. Great location and nice to be right by a King’s Soopers.
