Our family has used this hotel several times. It is our go too when we are passing through Denver. It's always nice and clean. The housekeepers have always been very kind and helpful during our stays. This hotel offers a great location, close to downtown Denver, Ball Arena, Meow Wolf, Union Station, Restaurants, shopping, etc. There is off street parking at this hotel (free) there is also a parking garage for guests for a fee. Overall a great solid hotel.

We were traveling with our young kids (ages 10 and under) and they enjoyed the small pool, views of the Ferris wheel and amusement park across the highway, and breakfast in the morning. There were board games to borrow from the front desk which they played. Neat rooftop views too. It was quiet and conveniently located just off the highway, with a grocery store and restaurants within a short drive.

This is a clean and modern hotel in a great part of town - it is close to everything! My family of five stayed in one of the suites with a pull-out couch and it was perfect for the price we paid. The breakfast is fantastic, and the small pool was perfect to kill some time with the kids. I would definitely stay here again.

I’ll start out by saying, I don’t ever review stays because most of the time things arnt this bad. Not friendly at check-in. Tv Ro mote needed batteries, so no tv. Called the front desk and no answer. What the heck? Hair on the sheets I got from the front desk for thr pull out sofa for the kids to sleep on. Sofa was dirty and needed replaced. Just yuck. Fingerprints and goo on desk.

We chose this location a few years ago for a family get together and now we’re back. Name changed, but the property is still exceptional and close to a lot downtown Denver has to offer

The pros far outweigh the cons. The location is perfect for exploring Denver. The view is beautiful (wish we could have seen it from our room). The hotel is modern, clean, and quiet. The hot breakfast was just OK, the service was excellent but the selection was so so. One major pro for me was the coffee service was good, decent coffee with cream and sweeteners available from early morning til late at night (tea for those who are so inclined). The pool ... well, at least there is a pool. But the pool is a max 3 feet in depth (this gets boring for older kids) and it was so full of chemicals that the water was cloudy, I had to pull my kids out once because our skin started to itch. Newer hotels are apparently not being built with hot tubs (sad). Service was friendly although we were misinformed about the time the pool opened in the morning when we checked in. Overall a great hotel with a few tweaks. We were happy.

The staff and service was outstanding except for the cleaning lady on the 6th floor. Standard check out time is 11 a.m. and I requested a later one and was approved by the front desk for my wife to continue her work day on Skype meetings but despite this after a beautiful night out she was knocking on the door at 7:30 a.m. being insistent about something that I couldn't understand and I said no thank you multiple times. After this. My wife was awake working already me and my kids were awakened so we got dressed and left but before 11 a.m. my wife had to stop her Skype meetings which she is the manager of to answer the door and tell the same person that she's not ready to leave the room yet twice in less than 2 hours. This is very disturbing and upsetting I thought a facility with name would have their staff far more professionally trained under these circumstances. I don't know if she was trying to rush us out of the room to keep up with her schedule or what it was but I found it completely unprofessional
