First class attention from the moment that you arrive. They treat you as family arriving for a visit (welcomed family) especially Dave. The reception staff is friendly, efficient and accommodating. Rooms are very clean and give off that nostalgic vibe of what luxury travel used to be like many years ago but with all of the modern conveniences that we have become accustomed to.

Thank you Expedia for upgrading us to a junior suite! I had no idea gold membership had perks like that. This hotel is beautiful, architecture and decor appropriate if the era it was built. Staff is magnificent. Enjoyed the bourbon tasting in the lobby every evening at 5:30pm, enjoying complementary coffee and tea in mornings!

Place is great for couples not families, very old hotel and price but was nice. Paid for valet because there is no onsite parking, they offer more of a personal service vibe compared to bigger hotels close to everything we walked to diner every night great location! Over all great place for couples, you get what u pay for would go back.
