Hampton Inn & Suites- Denver/Airport-Gateway Park

We typically seek out stays at Hampton Inn, however this trip was uncharacteristicly awful. We book ended our trip at the airport. The first night we were initially given a standard room despite paying for a suite, this was rectified. Than after a long travel day shortly after midnight another party entered our room. Finally we were double charged. Fortunately my husband discovered this upon review of our credit card account. Upon return to end our trip, we were told the airport shuttle would be unable to accommodate our family of 5 for our early am flight. Instead of offering any assistance in finding alternative transport we were met with rudeness and condescending behavior from the staff. One statement was "Its complimentary we don't have to provide it" We were not looking for a hand out but simply kindness and support in an unfamiliar city. We chose not to stay the night due to the behavior of the front desk and were told "we can't promise you will get a refund." Alternatively our extended family stayed at another Hampton Inn and similarly were unable to get on the airport shuttle. However they were assisted in scheduling a lyft. Kindness matters.

This hotel was great…we stayed for a family trip and this hotel was very accommodating especially for our pet. The pool and gym are very well maintained. The staff are also very friendly. Thanks again

I stay here about once a month for sales meetings in Denver. It is always clean, the breakfast is ok, and there are plenty of options to walk to for dinner. Had my family come with me last trip and it worked out well, even for our dog.

My son, daughter-in-law and grandkids are only a mile from this hotel. It’s great to have a relaxing and reliably clean place to come to when I visit from Chicago! Great wifi access too!

Liked the size of the room for wife and two teenager children. Very comfortable

Very nice and comfortable stay. The kids enjoyed the pool. The room was quiet and dark. Shuttle drivers were very friendly!
